Fantastic experience: Joined the Pro Physiques Coaching team here for a morning of evaluation & posing training. Unfortunately didn’t get to train here, but what a pleasant surprise! Great range of equipment & for a very wide range of physical training interests! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Extremely good gym. There's not many like this around. All the staff are welcoming, the PTs all know their stuff. Loads of classes. A big room of equipment. Also has the Lions Den boxing gym inside its own area, and also has infinity martial arts classes. There's a massage place in there, power zone, lockers, showers, outdoor area, protein shake & coffee bar. It's all there under 1 roof.

Fantastic experience: Full Power is a home away from home that places their members at the forefront of everything they do. The energy they bring into building is like no other. I discovered the gym back in 2019 and since then we have formed a collaboration to host community events and workshops. They have so much on offer and whatever they bring in as a gym it’s invested straight back in to deliver an improved service. I love everything they do and in my opinion stand above everyone else when it comes to being an independent gym. Thanks for everything. Excited to see where you continue to grow!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to join a new gym but I plucked up the courage in January and it's the best decision I've ever made. I've always hated going to the gym but I now love it. It's more than just a gym, it's a group of lovely people who are genuinely friendly and always want to help - I've had several people who have seen me struggling help me without me even having to ask. A special shout out to Rebecca and Laura Beth who do the best spin classes. I can't recommend this gym enough and also their protein shakes which are delicious!

Fantastic experience: Should have joined sooner. Always had my eye on FPF since opening, was telling myself for years to check it out and didn’t. Trained for years at the local leisure centre but made the move last summer and glad I did. Staff are lovely and other members are good to be around. There’s a wide range of equipment available for all sorts of training styles. There’s machines I’ve never set eyes on before. Really glad I made the move.

Positive experience: HIDDEN GEM! This is a cracking little gym with a real community atmosphere. For context, I'm writing as someone who used to bodybuild at a (very) amateur level, but have now grown older and wiser with different priorities. The staff are friendly, signing up and signing in are both fast and easy, as a member you're given access to a handy app and the fees are fair and affordable. For those looking to build a bit of muscle there's a whole array of novel and well maintained machinery, ranging from good old fashioned plate loaded stuff to the very modern. If you were so inclined, you could grow large and strong with the weights and equipment on offer here. The smoothie bar is neat and well stocked. There's a modest cardio area which never seems to get too busy and the toilets are clean and tidy. OK, so on the rare occasion it can 'feel' a little crowded in the main lifting room, but provided you're willing to be flexible and perhaps try something different/work in with someone else you can still stay on track with your workouts, hitting the muscle groups you planned to on that day - there's lots of variety and the sense of 'busyness' is probably more to do with there being so much great kit around rather than too many bodies. Also bear in mind that I'm writing in January! I seldom give five star reviews, as it would suggest there's no room for improvement, but I would definitely consider bumping this one up if/when the showers/changing facilities are up and running (this would allow me to train before work). Lockers and a second flat bench press are my nice-to-haves, but I'm being picky here. I'm happy to have found this place, thanks for the warm welcome and keep up the great work! P.S. there's a large spin room and impressive boxing ring/punch bags but neither are really my thing, if they were I think I'd be in heaven.

Positive experience: Solid gym in the heart of Derbyshire. Few machines could use a refresh, but it gets the job done.

Positive experience: It's not a perfect gym, but I love it. Staff are friendly and helpful. The people who go there don't sit around taking selfies – they do what you're supposed to do at a gym – work out. They do classes, there are machine weights, cardio machines and plenty of free weights, plus a functional training area. There is also a selection of snacks and drinks if your energy is a bit low. The fact that it's open from 5am to 10pm will suit anyone's schedule. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is the fact there is no changing rooms yet and the cardio equipment could do with some TLC. But, I understand a gym takes time to develop and build so I would highly recommend...unless you're one of those David Lloyd gym people, then this probably isn't for you.
