Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of rooms with cardio machines, weights etc. Sauna in changing room, hot showers.

Fantastic experience: A gym you can go at your own pace. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I have a monthly subscription and feel it is good value for money. Recommend to anyone and deffo for beginners who are a bit gym shy.

Fantastic experience: I like it because there are things to pick up and put down, that, if you do regularly you get to be able to pick up and put down heavier stuff......wash, rinse and repeat Staff are friendly too
