Fantastic experience: took all i had to walk through the door, but the people here are really friendly so i don't feel at all intimidated. They also listened to what i wanted to achieve from attending the gym from a health point, this has been the best thing i have done. Arthritis pain...gone.... fatigue.... gone and that's after only 2 weeks!! highly recommend it here

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a friendly atmosphere there are experienced staff on hand should you need them or if, like myself a little inexperienced and make a few mistakes along the way. Kenny is always there to point you in the right direction.

Negative experience: Not helpful staff

Fantastic experience: This is a small but fully equipped gymnasium. Kenny and Barry are excellent and, by getting to know you and understand your goals, are able to offer a personal service which you don’t receive in larger budget gyms. The gym has a real family feel to it and even my young son, despite being nervous at first, is happy to go along on his own and train. Training programmes and advice are all offered as part of your fees and couple / family membership discounts are available.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely amazing gym, highly recommend. Owned and managed by people that care about your aims and fitness goals. Unlike gyms where you are left to your own devices constantly the team here keep a keen eye on your routines, to ensure you are getting maximum benefit while staying safe. Lots of machines, free weights and an upstairs circuit area - this gym caters for all your fitness needs.
