Fantastic experience: Have had a great couple of months with Chris's support and motivation to lose weight and regain some fitness. Despite some limitations on fitness with health issues, Chris was able to work around this to provide a suitable programme that worked for me. Great support & videos to keep motivated, especially through those tricky times. Would recommend Chris to anyone wishing to lose weight & get fit.
Fantastic experience: Lost 30kg and 5inches around my waist. Was put on various plans but nothing where I was eating less. Unfortunately had to stop due to work commitments and injury’s ! Would always recommend Chris. He’s been brilliant !
Fantastic experience: I can't thank Chris enough for the last three months time and effort with me. I came to Chris stuck in a binge eating cycle which had been going on for months, cramming my whole days (and some) calories in before 10am, being sedentary at work all day, and then usually not eating for the rest of the day. The first couple of weeks were hard to get into the routine of 3 meals a day but the programme is so manageable I was still able to live my life, enjoy nice food and the odd few glasses of Prosecco. This was the start of a lifestyle change for me and didn't feel like a diet at all or that I was missing out on anything. 21lbs down and I can't wait to continue on this journey on my own and do him proud, I couldn't have done it without his help in the first place.You get so much with the programme that if I'm ever struggling I'd happily come back.
Fantastic experience: I got in touch with Chris after years of going round in circles of dieting and then putting more weight straight back on. I was going to the gym regular but had no structure, plan or accountability. Chris provided me with a diet plan that included some of my favourite foods which made the process a whole lot easier. He also explained the reasoning behind what I was eating and how it would help me to lose weight and then going forward. The training plan i was given meant that I had structure when going to the gym, Chris would message me after sessions providing praise, encouragement or giving tips on what areas needed improvement etc which really helped for my next training session. After 12 weeks working with Chris I am now 27lbs down, i feel fitter, healthier and have a greater understanding of nutrition, training and feel so much better in myself. So to anyone that is looking to get a better understanding of their nutrition and training, to lose some weight and feel better about themselves, I couldn’t recommend Chris highly enough. Approachable, friendly, knowledgable and always on hand to answer any questions (no matter how ridiculous they were ) which is exactly what I was looking for in a personal trainer

Fantastic experience: Chris is a brilliant coach, he provided multiple tools to help achieve my goals and easily adapted my training to suit my lifestyle! Alongside losing weight I have a routine of staying active and a better understanding of nutrition. Chris has helped me overcome feeling uncomfortable in the weighted section of the gym and a bad relationship with food from slimming clubs. I couldn’t thank him enough for his help, I always felt supported and no question was too much to ask!
Fantastic experience: Best trainer on Teesside. Chris is professional & friendly & really pushes you for results. I lost 9lbs in a shorr time but have had to leave before training ends due to work commitments. Thanks Chris i will always recommend %
Fantastic experience: Very professional, knowledgeable and creates a plan to fit into your lifestyle. I have two young children and I worked it around them. Chris provides something different to a 'diet' changing the way you think about food and exercise. Good sense of humour, very understanding and motivating The accountibility aspect with Chris is massive, which helped me so much he was always at the end of the phone to advise. Can't thank Chris enough for helping me achieve the weight loss/ body image I wanted without it feeling like hard work! But more so giving me a focus for me to get through lockdown. As a result, I was so happy with my weight/ body image for my wedding day - thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Chris is a very professional PT and lovely person not only has he helped me get to understand how to get the best out of my training but also educated me on my diet and how to get the most out of my food. He is always on hand to give advice and encouragement but also a polite kick up the bum when needed. Also reminded me that it is not always about scale weight. I have lost inches and body shape has changed drastically. I would highly recommend Chris if are looking for a PT that will give his all to help you.

Positive experience: Chris really helped put me in the right direction with my training, he set up a good routine for me to follow easily and pushed me to increase weights/sets when I needed it. It was great to send videos of my sets to check form - he offered a lot of reassurance and guidance which massively improved my confidence with some exercises. Chris also educated me alot on the food I was eating and how to really get the most nutritional gain out of them. He also gave a lot of encouragement with the little parts of weight loss you don’t realise like putting on a top that used to be tight and is now a little baggy, veins popping out a little, muscles growing here and there. It was beneficial as well to have a growing knowledge around health/fitness and improved self confidence which was was extremely motivating throughout. The only negative I would say would be that in the first month I felt each weekly check-in was exactly the same and my workouts didn’t change like I expected them to, so for a while I thought I was paying quite a lot for not so much in return. But I obviously now understand that was to promote consistency which ultimately leads to muscle growth and results! And after a couple months Chris did change a few things to better suit my development, So I can’t really hold that against him! Overall I’ve loved having Chris as my coach and would recommend him to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. I’m only leaving temporarily over the Christmas period as finances are notoriously tight over these months. I look forward to picking things back up in a few months time !!

Fantastic experience: I approached Chris for coaching around November last year and continued with Chris for around 9 months, it was the best decision I ever made. I had fallen out of love with exercise and wasn’t making the right food choices and probably drinking more than I should have been. I was fed up of being good then letting it slip on a weekend and constantly going round in circles. Working with Chris gave me structure and accountability, I learned a lot about food and making better choices and also how to use my calories in the gym. I still follow the same structure and I am focusing on increasing my strength during my training sessions. I feel confident in the gym and I have learned how to be more flexible, I have let go of my all or nothing mentality. I lost over 1 stone but gained so much more. I have and will continue to recommend Chris to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with my weight and your dieting all my adult life .Chris has supported me and give me the knowledge to maintain healthy lifestyle. I've always suffered with anxiety and never had any confidence . Chris has definitely helped me increase my confidence and always makes me feel at ease .

Fantastic experience: Chris is brilliant. I joined up with Chris in early 2021 as I needed to move my training and nutrition to someone who understood what it takes to make long and lasting changes to lifestyles. My primary aim was to loae weight to a level where I felt comfortable. I had done a few diets and 6-week slap dash programmes before and although they work, they are not long lasting. Chris has educated me in what it takes to lose weight and then sustain the weightloss. Not only has he helped me with what I should be eating and volumes of food, his training programmes are brilliant. He’s basically my virtual PT! I’ve never been stronger when in the gym as he pushes you daily with both your exercise and nutritional goals. The app that he uses is fantastic, easy to use and tracks all of your progress. One of the key things he has taught me is that a cheat day is allowed!! Just don’t turn it into a cheat 3/4 days!! Overall I couldn’t recommend Chris enough. He’s extremely knowledgeable, motivational and is there when you need him for advice and guidance.
