Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area with the friendliest staff/owner.

Fantastic experience: This place is hands down, the best gym around!! Great atmosphere, really friendly staff and gym users. Everyone is so friendly, and I've made a few new friends just by being part of the BB community. Danny, the owner, is a great guy and always willing to help. Various membership packages to suit what you need. If you can't find what you need here, I'd be shocked. It has everything you need to meet your needs. Boxing, spin, multiple classes for all levels, and an open gym area with more than enough weights. Plus, it has a strongman style outdoor area. It really has everything you need. Even a chill out area where you can relax, have coffee, etc. I only gave it 5 stars because I can't give it more. Really is the best gym around.

Fantastic experience: Lorraine is absolutely incredible. I was so apprehensive about classes due to my disability but she has been so inclusive and subtly gives me adaptations that work for me without me feeling obvious. The class is grueling but at the same time done with humour. Thank you Lorraine I am so pleased I have found you and your fabulous gym

Fantastic experience: The Body Barn is fab. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, it is a positive and supportive atmosphere. It is well-maintained and equipped with a wide range of equipment. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, there's something for everyone. The gym also offers a variety of group classes that are fun and engaging. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get fit and have a great time doing it!

Fantastic experience: A gym with out the typical "gym" enviroment. Built out of a origional farmyard barn in the agricultural town of Newport. Fantastic friendly coaches who know everyone by name. predominantly class based 45-60 minute innovative sessions with a good range of different type of class options or open gym, reasonably priced & easy to use booking app.

Fantastic experience: Best facility I've trained at. No stigmas, no egos, just people with a mutual interest in achieving their fitness/health goals. Friendly knowledgeable staff always at hand to help.

Fantastic experience: I joined The Barn back in January 2013 after a few years of switching between gym chains and have never looked back. The facility itself has transformed to an extraordinary place to work out and even where you can enjoy a hot or cold drink before or after a workout. Such a range of classes, all great in their own way. It is worth mentioning that the team went above and beyond during the lockdown period, running classes remotely (morning, afternoon and evening) using multiple platforms to ensure they were accessible to all members, even encouraging family members to join in. It just shows a team that care and that's just the kind of people you want to be working with at a fitness facility. Updating in 2024 as Google asked me to: still amazing. The timetable has expanded and includes so many different sessions at times to suit all!

Fantastic experience: The absolute A* of training environments. Not your average 'gym'. The team, the facilities & the classes offer something you won't find elsewhere. I've tried other places to work out and have always gravitated back to the Barn.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place to train. Friendly super-helpful staff that go above and beyond to help achieve your goals. I’ve used plenty of other gyms in my time, and I can honestly say the atmosphere here is like nothing else. The classes offer focused training adaptable for all levels, and the free-training area is great.

Fantastic experience: Joining The Body Barn has been such a good decision. I am in my 40's and when I joined was overweight, had not lifted a weight in my life, and slightly intimidated by a gym environment. The Body Barn has been such a friendly , welcoming and supportive enviroment. My confidence has grown and I have a great routine doing the Signature workout and have a new found, unexpected love of boxing classes, Punch is a great workout and fantastic stress relief! I started 1 to 1 training in January and am thrilled to have lost 18 pounds in a healthy, controlled manner . I am so much fitter, lighter and healthier. I cannot recommend the Barn enough, thank you all!

Fantastic experience: As someone who does not do gyms, I have found the Body Barn a great place to be, fantastic community feel and great coaches, hard workouts but the coaches get you through them with help, advice and banter, the Body Barn is now a big part of my life.
