Fantastic experience: First yoga studio I ever visited. Really nice team, great instructors and so welcoming. Just the one studio, entered via the rear basement of the building. But have all the necessary equipment, so just need to turn up :)

Positive experience: Lovely studio and kind teachers ! But the room is too cold for gentle/yin classes

Fantastic experience: I attended Radhika Sanghani's Yin yoga class on Thursday evening at the studio and found it uplifting. The cosy and relaxing atmosphere of the studio added to the overall sense of tranquillity, making the experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

Positive experience: Good Soundbath class. Very relaxing. The girl that hosted the class was very friendly. Timely. Clean. Small but intimate venue. Room was slightly cold but we were given extra blankets. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful space with fantastic teachers. It was a complete lifesaver during lockdown to do the online classes and so nice to be able to go back in now. The classes can be as challenging or relaxing as you want them to be - all of the teachers are great at guiding you to listen to what your body needs.
