Fantastic experience: Friendly local gym with knowledgeable staff and inexpensive.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, friendly and well equipped gym at a good price. Love the fact that there are proper squat cages, Olympic plates and a great variety of bodyweight equipment along with all the usual machines - plus a studio room full of dumbbells that keeps you out of the way of innocent passers-by! All rounded off with a movement studio for classes and a balcony full of cardio stations. What’s not to like?

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of various gyms for the past 20 years, since I was 16. Jess and Rob that run it are great, they are both really friendly and welcoming and have a genuine passion for the place. They really have done an amazing job with the Fit Factory and continue to regularly invest in new layouts and equipment. I have been a member for about 2 years and I really enjoy it and with the variety of equipment, and it's great to get a lot of different workouts in. They have loads of different classes across the week which seem to be popular. It is easily the most friendly (proper) gym, with no posers, I have been a member of. Whether you are a hard-core lifter / trainer or someone new to exercise and want to just get fit I could not recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Top notch! £32 for a membership is very affordable. I joined to take fitness classes. There’s a class for everyone here. Zumba, yoga, Hitt, Spin, Pilates, circuits, and so much more. That’s not it…..plus you can use the gym whenever it’s open. It literally fits anyones schedule 6am- 9pm

Fantastic experience: Great gym, all equipment is top quality, Jess and Rob are welcoming and helpful. The gym is changing constantly with new equipment for members, new classes, new PTs and things like protein bars and meals as well as the FIT scanner. Plenty of parking too.
