Cardiff Gait

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best purchases I've ever made. Graham is unbelievably knowledgeable and the software he uses is fantastic. Within an hour he identified several areas of my running form and gait that were problematic and sent me on my way to improve them. Really can't recommend this enough, if you are a runner struggling with any sort of injury, this is the best use of your cash. Absolutely thrilled with the process and service.

Fantastic experience: Grahams knowledge and expertise is unbelievable and gave me so much insight into my running, I can't really put it into words. He was able to identify the cause of my knee problem and developed a S&C plan to get me going in the right direction. The summary and findings report I got back from Graham was everything and more, that we spoke about in the session. I don't usually write reviews... But I can't recommend Graham and the gait analysis, enough. It was certainly an experience! Thank you Graham!

Fantastic experience: Invaluable running gait analysis - finally allowing me to address the root cause of my running issues/injuries. Nothing I'd have been able to work out by myself. Graham is someone who understands running and is the first physiotherapist in my 4 years of various visits (to others) to actually provide solutions with a strength and conditioning programme and to provide real insights into my muscle imbalances. He's the only physio so far to provide an effective sports massage too.

Fantastic experience: I've got a lot of tension in my back and neck and massages haven't really helped in the past, but Graham is really good at what he does and has already broken down a lot of the tension after 2 massages. He's also recommended exercises and stretches I can do to strengthen my muscles and stop it coming back. He's very knowledgeable and has given me some good advice, very impressed with his treatment!
