The staff takes time on each individual making sure they have your best interest at heart ensuring your are constantly progressing both inside and outside the gym. I’ve been taking the MMA sessions with Steve for a while now where he not only helps you progress as a fighter but helps develop your own style.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined here.. didn't really know what to expect. From day one coach Steve has been nothing short of brilliant really welcoming and made me feel comfortable in the gym. Highly recommend to anyone of all levels whether you wanna learn how to defend yourself on the streets or have ambitions of going pro. Great atmosphere, brilliant coaching and break down of techniques. No ego business feels like a family. All the higher level athletes also give a-lot of advice and training tips and help you to come through which is also nice to see. 5 star.

Almost everyone who attends regularly (alot of them) are competitive and you will start seeing differences in your game instantly depending on your own dedication. Staff are nice but usually more focused on competitive fighters. Facilities require some refurbishing. Highly recommending for aspiring combatants

Fantastic experience: Before starting BJJ tried a few different gyms. Too many egos and coaches not respecting beginners. Came to Team Underground and hands down the best gym I tried. Been going for 3 years now and made some good friends along the way. Highly recommend for both beginners and skilled practitioners as they cater for all levels.

Negative experience: They are scammers. Took my cousin's £50 then told her to leave class for no reason, humiliated her and never refunded the money. We've been chasing them for months and they ignore all our messages and calls even though they initially agreed to refund the money.
