RAW Performance Omagh

Positive experience: Its good but..... the title of the class is abit misleading "Strength & Conditioning" but in reality its essentially "Crossfit" your doing high intensity cardio with weights as quick as possible with a group thats what crossfit is.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, very welcoming and the coaches are highly knowledgeable and attentive. No matter your experience or goals the small group classes are tailored to your own goals. The membership options or drop in classes are very reasonable for the service provided. The Raw Cafe upstairs also serves awesome coffee! Highly recommend to give this gym a go, no matter your experiance!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at RAW for just over 2 years now and I can honestly say that it has changed my life both mentally and physically - all for the better! The coaches know when to push you, but they also know when you've reached your limit! A very friendly and welcoming environment! Can't recommend RAW Performance Omagh enough!
