Fantastic experience: Great class and little studio. I was just passing by so attend just one class, but it was great. Very good teacher, good vibe, nice studio, welcoming and Chris made me feel at ease. If i lived in the area I would 100% attend regular classes. Thank you Eden team.

They have introduced me to a new approach to a great lifestyle. Always offering a wide range of classes, masterclasses, workshops and events, not to mention the high quality of teaching trainings (Yoga Alliance International certified) - and the fantastic community!

Fantastic experience: Such a amazing experience with Jo this morning! It was my absolutely first yoga class, and I love it!!!I was really struggling to book my first session. After pandemic I have extra 20kg and I end up with heart problems. I thought there will be some judgement or laugh if I will be unable to do some positions. I was soo wrong!!! Jo comme to me before class started and explain me everything. She said is my body and my time, I suposse to do only what I can , I don't need push myself. Class was great. People there are so friendly. I will back for sure and I reccomend for everyone. Thank you izabela

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this yoga studio. The staff are really great and you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Jo was teaching this morning. I absolutely loved the way she delivered the session and as well as feeling totally rejuvenated, I thoroughly enjoyed every second. I’m so glad that I decided to return to the yoga classes here. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place . I feel so great after a session all of my troubles anxieties of the day have gone . So so great for my mental health. The instructors are wonderful and have an aura of calm . My husband has done a couple of sessions and loves it too . I recommend this place to everyone who needs some calm in their life .

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Eden Cannock for 2 years now and can honestly say it has been life changing for me. I know it sounds dramatic but I absolutely love this place. From the moment I attended my first class having never done yoga in my life, I was made to feel welcome. All the teachers are so knowledgable and passionate and put so much of their energy into making each class matter. Always giving their time to help with any questions. I have learned so much from coming here and most importantly I take away something different mentally and physically each time I attend and never get bored. I have benefited so much mentally and physically by coming here which I take with me in my daily life. I never feel any pressure to be a certain way or a certain level this place has taught me to know I am good enough. Then there is the social part I have met so many lovely people I cannot recommend it enough. I have gained so much from finding this place. Love it couldn’t imagine not having it in my life.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Eden Hot Yoga for 2 and a half years now and I use both the Cannock and lichfield studios which are beautifully set out and have a lovely ambience and the teachers are all lovely! I would 100% recommend Eden get down there if you haven’t already you won’t regret it!

Every tutor is really knowledgeable and always has time to understand, help you and make sure you are getting the most of your class :) I think everyone should do yoga & go to Eden!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Eden Hot Yoga for years the studio in Cannock is amazing the girls have clearly put there heart and soul into this studio and it really shows. I tell all my friends and family to give it a go, even dragging the other half with me every now and again just so he can see why i love spending my evenings here. The studios are like a home from home and it shows as soon as you enter through the front door.

Negative experience: Great teacher but too many people crammed in like sardines. How are you supposed to relax when you get someone's foot repeatedly jammed in your face I don't know.

Fantastic experience: My son loves his Childrens Yoga classes, both Kelly and Kelsey make sure the classes are both fun and informative and perfect for improving balance, muscle tone and co-ordintation. My daughter also attended Mom and Baby Yoga sessions from 4mths to 7mths, we loved our special time together and she slept for hours after giving mommy so much needed free time! Would recommend the studio for anyone

Fantastic experience: The best hot yoga studio in the Midlands and Staffordshire. Amazing classes and tutors with a wide range of classes to suit your needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my yoga fix and yoga certainly isn't just for girls !!
