Fantastic experience: I've had a membership with city athletic for over a year now and they are absolutely amazing. Great facilities and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, always ready to help! I also love the classes they offer! Because of the membership cap, you never need to book and there are never more than 4 people at once, meaning that the PT can really give their full attention to each individual. Keep up the great work! :)

Negative experience: So I have very mixed feelings about City Athletic. On one hand, they are a nice small boutique gym with decent facilities. On the other hand, they were the only gym company I know of that charged people full memberhip during covid when the gym was closed and refused to refund any of that. So when things are going well they're fine, but pretty shocking and unhelpful when things aren't going well. Management are clearly cash focused, which is what makes it hard to review as the day to day staff and PTs are great. So, Nice equipment, good PTs, terrible Management. Overall hard for me to recommend even with the positives.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of a few London gyms and this is by far my favourite. It has all the equipment you need and the space is super modern and so clean. The team are so welcoming, friendly and chatty which just doesn't happen in other gyms. Plus, the changing facilities are great which is an essential! Thanks, team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve noticed that there has not been a review on the gym recently, so I should take my chance to do so. I joined this gym for almost two months, I could have the confidence to say this is indeed the best gym in the world!! They’ve got nice equipment, all life fitness or hammer, good vibe, fewer people, free towels , clean bathrooms and shower rooms even with the cream! Most importantly, the workers there are super friendly! I mean all the people! So if I would like to recommend one gym in London, that must be city athletic. And one more thing, the most important one, if you want get serious about your body shape and physical health, you should find and consult with a professional trainer in the beginning, do not exercise occasionally without systematic programme. All the personal trainers in the gym are very professional. If I may recommend, David Bissell is my favorite trainer, he is very dedicated and self discipline, and with all the passion to help every client to succeed. So I would like to introduce the gym and my trainer to everyone, but hopefully not too many, I want to have this exclusive experience. LOL.

Fantastic experience: Love it here! The staff is super helpful and professional, they are all about distancing which keeps us all safe. It's very clean and doesn't have that crowded gym smell and feel.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym, managed at very high standards, yet being super friendly and welcoming. The facilities are one of the best available in the city, and its value for money at the same time. The staff and trainers all are fantastic. Plus the In-house Physio therapy facility is an additional bonus being one of a kind combinations to a gym.

Excellent gyms for the more discerning fitness enthusiast with great facilities and very experienced personal trainers. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a more boutique experience (including a rehab clinic).

Super welcoming staff, the change rooms are the best in London by a long shot, coaches are all excellent, I have seen quick results and my gf loves me way more. They also have meals in the fridge which are better than the local restaurants!
