You can always get onto any piece of equipment straight away, no hanging around waiting for somebody to come off the treadmill etc as its too busy like iv had to do in other gyms. Owner Rab appreciates every customer and is always so welcoming, he knows every client on a first name basis and always stops for a chat, which is rare these days with business owners. First class service and gym, glad to be a member of it. Highly recommend!

I love walking through the doors and seeing the big smiles from the owners, they’re so passionate about this gym and every person who uses it. The equipment is like no other- there’s machines here that I haven’t seen in any other gyms! Commercial gyms like pure gym don’t even compare to the gym dock highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I've been traveling the world for over a year now, and I've rarely had access to a gym so well equipped. Multiple squat racks and barbells with plenty of weights. When you consider the reasonable membership prices, including month-to-month and day pass options, you really have to consider this gym world-class. Maybe it's the endorphins, since I just finished a workout there, but I am rightly impressed.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym that I have ever been too. The machines are kept clean and tidy, the staff treat you like family. If you need anything all you need to do is ask. With this gym I found was that you dont get that judged feeling, you walk in have a chat do your work out and enjoy being there. They offer shakes, bars, pre-workout shakes, advice on machines and a chat if you want. Honestly the best gym out there and for the price it's amazing only £14.99 a month and they offer so many other payment plans too. Seriously get down and sign up. Maybe ill see ya in there.

If you're serious about your weight training, and getting fit then this is the place to be! I've been to many top gyms in the UK and beyond and today I saw kit here I hadn't seen anywhere else. Fantastic experience: I've just recently joined The Gymdock but I've been made to feel very welcome every time I arrive. Always greeted with a smile and if Ive ever needed any questions answered about any of the equipment Rab has always been very patient and informative about the use etc and clearly wants you to get the best out of your experience. Great value for money when you take into consideration all the equipment this place has to offer and the nice atmosphere it provides.
