Fantastic experience: I contacted John for a fitness plan and help with my nutrition. My overall goal was to just feel healthy and stronger. John was really helpful and asked for pictures of what was available in my gym at work. The plan he gave me was realistic and varied so I wouldn't get bored. His assistance with nutrition has meant that I've educated myself as to what I can eat and that nothing is off limits. It was really helpful him checking and weekly to see how I was getting on and where I could make adjustments. I feel the healthiest and fittest I have ever felt and finally feel like I have a healthy well balanced diet and lifestyle. I've just had a physical health check at work and I was really pleased with the results, in particular my body fat and visceral fat. Thanks so much for helping me hit my goals!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving going to this gym. Everyone I have come across during my time there has been so welcoming and friendly! I was very apprehensive at first and did not know what to expect (being a complete beginner). But after my first PT session with the lovely Celina that all lifted. The gym is no longer a chore for me. The team there have a wealth of knowledge between them and my PT really pushes me to achieve my personal goals. Celina has really helped me build my confidence to start building my strength and to manage my nutrition. Highly recommend!

Not sure what other gyms may be in the area but this place gives you everything you need for a proper body building style workout, not got all the bells and whistles - and in my mind all the better for it! Briefly met both owners - both friendly, welcoming and know their stuff, flexible opening hours and sensible day rate. My parents recently moved to the area and this 100% will be my go to gym when I'm in the area

Fantastic experience: Heard really good things about Barbers & Barbells so I decided to try them out for myself after needing to find a new barber and I was not disappointed. Fantastic experience: I moved to new Milton just under a year ago and was quite sad when I had to leave poole not only from my local gym but the barbers because it was such a good atmosphere and barbers and barbells has it all in 1! A great gym for those really looking to get in the mindset and grind! ( nit like your local community gyms) so much better! And the hair service is UNREAL...never have I had someone get a light out to check the fade line and make sure it's even on a 360 degree scale haha! They are lovely people and it's a nothing but great vibes and great people

Fantastic experience: I have used both the gym and barbers here on multiple occasions. In regards to the former, John is very knowledgeable, he has a deep knowledge of nutrition and training methods, which he is able to breakdown into easy to understand terminology. I feel he is able to get the best out of me when I train with him. As for the latter, Kat is a professional through and through, she listens to what you would like your hair style to be and is able to cut it to your requests. She has a thorough knowledge of how to look after you hair and offers tips for maintaining your chosen style.
