Fantastic experience: Ran a week trial here when I had some free time. First gym in a long time I watched members actually put the weights away and staff taking the time to clean.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a logical layout, a great selection of machines, amazing selection of weights/plates, cross-fit selection, and classes too. The staff are also friendly and welcoming, they are willing to help you with any questions you have, fellow gym-goers are also friendly. I had a sports massage for 45 minutes with Andrew, he's professional, explains everything thoroughly, I asked for some micro-needling, which he has done various courses on, the results left me feeling extremely relaxed and fresh - Would recommend this gym + massage.

Fantastic experience: Flexion has been my gym away from home and it has been amazing. Modern machines, excellent classes and so convenient being able to check in and book everything with the app. The team are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend Flexion more and will no doubt be back whenever I am in town.

Fantastic experience: Have tried various gyms over the years and they were either over crowded or just didn't feel comfortable in it. Joined flexion a few months ago and couldn't be happier. Excellent range of equipment, never too crowded no matter the time of day, great staff and friendly members for the most part. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Lurgan in my opinion, recently renovated during lockdown and new machines purchased. Everything you need spread over two floors. Shower facilities, free wifi, also a coffee bar plus your supplements are available to purchase in house also and the staff are very friendly. Excellent staff also, what more do you need!

Fantastic experience: Superb gym. Been a member of gyms for years and always hated it. Been working with Andrew for 4months and have never felt better. Sessions are tough but always good fun, actually look forward to going. Started from complete inactivity and now fitness and tone is starting to appear. Still a long way to go, but I couldn't recommend Andrew and his team highly enough.
