The work team and the spirit they have made you love the place and also love their vision and the mission they provide at the center. I wish them the best and build a pure, positive sports community that loves everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being on MBG’s youth programme, in the short space of a couple of months I increased my exercise rep ranges and overall body weight strength with the help of dedicated coaches. The atmosphere at the gym creates a strong community where no one is afraid to ask for help and guidance. Anyone that is looking for a gym that aligns with their beliefs and values, and wants to take their health and fitness to the next level, MBG is the one!

I found the staff, friendly, polite, caring, professional, excellent coaching, recovery room, cold bath, sauna, showers, punch bags, emmaculate, high tech, no music no women excellent, pure excellence! May Allah reward the brothers for spending their wealth in a halal way and proving for us aameen

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the story behind this gym, for a small space it has quite a bit of equipment as well as a Sauna & Ice Bath. Good customer service, within one session I learnt how to do a muscle up with a few simple tips. I do have training experience especially with body weight exercises hence being able to achieve this one session. May Allah bless this gym, I pray it carries on providing a great service for the community. Keep up the good work my brothers

Fantastic experience: I don't really leave reviews unless it is worthy of a good one and this is worthy of a great review. Was a little sceptical to join this gym as I don't really know much about calisthenics but the person working at the gym was extremely welcoming and helped me throughout my workout. From exercises, to form correction, to circuits suitable to my goals. I've been going for a month now and they've helped me reach my goal I was aiming to reach by the 12th week of my programme, but done so in a safe manner. I say "they" as every member using the gym is extremely supportive too and create a lovely growing environment. Glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: It's inconsiderate to not mention it is a 'men only' gym in the description or reviews. However, they did tell me next month there are some women's classes starting, though they weren't powerlifting like I'd personally prefer (though maybe this could change). I'm just posting to warn other women not to bother with walking down hoping for a nice random workout like I did. I'm rating it 5 stars because it's probably fine for what it is, and I'm not allowed to not rate it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing new gym! They are focused on calisthenics but is quite well equipped, everything new. Very friendly ambient with professional trainers that make you personalised workouts for the day. They also have sauna and cold baths to use after training. During midday is not crowded and they are open from 7am to 10pm. A must if you live in the area!

Fantastic experience: Been training here since the first day it opened, unable to train properly anywhere ever since… if you’re into callisthenics and live in East, there’s no better place for you to train nor recover with the sauna and ice bath in place. Not even intending to sound cliche but this place has genuinely helped me in every aspect of my life. The community is amazing and everyone here helps push each other, and everyone is willing to help you out if you ask. I had a foundation set in callisthenics beforehand, but this place only solidified it from seeing and hearing others experiences. This is the only review you’ll need to read of this place, believe me I wouldn’t have written this if I didn’t mean it. Just know you have to be willing to come and push yourself too, don’t expect anything if you do not want to exert your own efforts into yourself. The brothers can only aid you so much through guidance, the rest is up to you to take action.

Fantastic experience: Facilities & equipment are excellent. All equipment is new, great quality and well maintained. There is everything a calisthenics gym needs and more, including barbells, olympic & powerlifting plates, kettlebells, weight belts, weighted vests, etc. Gym is compact, so booking or going in off-peak hours is advised. Sauna & ice bath look fantastic, so be sure to try them too. Staff is welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Very recommended!

Fantastic experience: World class calisthenics training facility and of the few gyms in the UK with competition spec bars and weight plates for powerlifting enthusiasts. No expenses were spared in the development of this gem of a boutique gym. The quality in equipment and aesthetics is further complimented by a world class team, exceptional customer service I was made to feel very welcome from the very first visit and a few weeks on nothing has changed. Also, shoutout to the highly experienced PT team, some of the best trainers I’ve come across at surprisingly low rates. Happy customer!!!
