Fantastic experience: Went in today as I was in Solihull for a day. Such a great atmosphere, great staff and the other gym members were equally friendly. Varied selection of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Also at least six punchbags hanging from chains off the ceiling. Just an all round quality gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym and great first time experience in a proper old school gym. Equipment is total quality and dino and his staff are always there to help and give advice if needs be. Amazing atmosphere and everyone looks out for everyone in there. The best gym I've ever been to and would highly recommend it to anyone from anywhere in UK to pay a visit when through in Birmingham or Solihull!! Top guy Dino and great gym
