Fantastic experience: The new 24 Hour gym in Simonstone is great, all the equipment you need and very clean. Highly recommend if you’re new to the gym or just looking for a fresh environment. Great all round!

Fantastic experience: My mum and I started here with the PT at the end of summer. None of us have ever been gym people in the past so it was daunting initially - mum in particular who is late 60s and always thought it just wasn’t for her. But we are hooked!! It’s really friendly and welcoming. Not intimidating at all. We are seeing amazing results and feel so at ease with the PT. It’s really decent value for money too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Joining a gym can be quite daunting for some, a couple of years ago I would never have walked into one but this place has been like a second home! Such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and people are always willing to help. Never feel uncomfortable. Brilliant range of gym equipment, easy enough to use for beginners, very spacious and always clean and tidy. Good opening hours, making it easy to fit around a busy lifestyle and meaning its never over crowded. The guys that own the gym are brilliant and so friendly. They will help keep you on track with what you want to achieve. Pts with Gaf are definitely a challenge! Would highly recommend for anyone that needs any help with training or needs that extra push, will help take you out of your comfort zone which is great and really makes you work. Definitely no giving up! Coming here has been perfect for helping me achieve what I have so far and makes workouts enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I started this gym in Feb after being told I needed to loose weight in order to start fertility treatment. When I first joined I were petrified and would only go when having PTs. 6 month down the line I go between 5-6 times a week and can happily say I am getting results. I’ve lost over 2 stone and inches, eating better and mentally feel so much better. Really appreciate all the support from not only the staff but the other lovely people who use the gym too. Fantastic experience: This gym, after trying so many beforehand, has finally helped me genuinely enjoy exercising. I love the atmosphere of this gym, the long opening hours means I have access to a local gym in Great Harwood first thing in the morning, the perfect way to start my day without a massive commute to an overpriced commercialised chain gym. The staff are so lovely and helpful, shouting out PT Gaf, to everyone who steps foot inside and you can tell the genuinely care about the well-being of their business and clients. Best gym ever!

Fantastic experience: Tried out a few gyms in the area and pro physique is definitely my favourite lots of great equipment. everything you need, welcoming to all levels of experience and very friendly staff. And everyone puts the weights back in the right place

Negative experience: Signs state there is a free trial but the 13/15 ish year old that was running the place (no Adult) to been seen, indicated that the signs are old. Had a quick look around but equipment seemed really old. I’d been concerned for health and safety and fire safety with someone so young being left in charge.

Fantastic experience: Been going to pro physique for a while now and I can not recommend it enough! Definitely the best gym I have been too, the equipment is amazing and so easy to use and it is always very clean and tidy. The lads who own it are very welcoming and helpful. I do personal training sessions with iddy and i couldn’t recommend him more, I love them they are very challenging and he definitely pushes me to my limits he is very helpful and helped me massively in changing my mentality towards food and training. If you are looking to change gyms or trying a gym for the first time this is the one for you, you definitely will not regret it! Thankyou so much lads!

Fantastic experience: Had my first PT session today (last time here was over 5yrs ago), loved it and nothing changed other than more room and equipment, I moved out of the area but no one tops the PT sessions available here for price and commitment. Any of the PTs will always push you which is what you need, all sessions are tailored each time. I haven't had this anywhere else.. just like an extended family tbh keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Pro-Physique now for almost two years and I can honestly say I love it. I have the gym membership and I also do personal training with Iddy. Love these sessions, so challenging and I am pushed out of my comfort zone which is what I like. All the guys there are so friendly and helpful. Liking the covid rules they have put in too, makes me feel more comfortable doing to the gym at this strange time. And you cannot beat supporting a local business too

Fantastic experience: I returned to Pro-Physique Fitness Club after several years away and I can honestly say it continues to be an excellent gym! The staff are friendly and always ready to assist/answer questions, the venue is very clean (especially with the Covid-19 cleaning routine). The range of equipment is amazing and I would recommend the place to anyone. Well done!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, super clean (so important right now) the owners are so nice and helpful! The people who go to the gym are lovely too and we all work together to keep it safe and friendly. As a woman it can be very nerve wrecking to go to a gym but everyone is supportive and honestly I feel so at home here as we are one big family. Really recommend this gym to everyone and anyone!

Fantastic experience: We visited the gym for the first time today - well impressed!! The young chap on reception was very helpful and polite, the gym itself was spotless and felt very safe. We were very surprised how big the gym was and can't wait to get started. Well done, its a credit to the owners.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Pro Physique now, for quite a while and I have to say it is the best gym I have been to , it is very spacious and welcoming and has a wide variety of machines and weights. The gym has always been kept tidy and highly maintained, but I must say the guys have worked so hard over the last few months making the gym safe and clean, installing new flooring, extra hand sanitizers and meeting the social distancing requirements spacing out all working machines and work out stations. All the clients are adhering to the the new one way system and wiping down all the equipment and weights after use which is nice to see! I felt happy and safe to return to my PT’s(with Immi, who is a great Personnal trainer by the way! ) without hesitation . Definitely worth a visit Good work boys!

Fantastic experience: Love training at Pro-Prophysique. The boys are really supportive and fantastic at what they do. The gym is very well equip and fantastic value for money. The gym has adapted to the current climate and is a very clean and safe environment to train in.

Even gafs all right ( my pt) lock down hit me hard not just my weight side of it but for my anxiety aswell so coming back was a must for me i do feel safe with the cleaning stations and panels up inbetween tred mills ! Sighns up and floor markings and gentle reminders as well thanks lads

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, professional-looking, nice clean spacious gym. Big place. Huge range of machines and weights. The only one around open at 7am on a Sunday. Doesn't cost much to train. Brilliant. 5/5 thought it would be 6/5 if it had a punchbag.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t possibly recommend any other gym more than pro physique! I’ve been going this gym for 2 years now and still they constantly provide a hardworking comfortable atmosphere. The lads are absolutely lovely and are always pushing for the very best out of you. There’s a huge range of cardio and weight equipment so there’s no missing out on any workouts you’re wanting to do! Thank you guys
