Fantastic experience: The gym at Clarence Park is compact but contains all of the fitness and training aids that you might find in a larger gym. Matt, the manager, and his staff are knowledgable and helpful, always willing to give useful advice on use of the equipment and training regimes. The prices are very affordable too. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to start training.

Fantastic experience: Matt and his team, are most welcoming, and make you feel at home. The gym is fully equipped for its size and not what I would call. “A posers gym”. Membership fees, vary, but are extremely competitive. I hadn’t been for over 10 months and having rejoined, it was as though I hadn’t been away. I do as much or as little as I can. Simply . “A great gym, great instructors, a great environment.”

Positive experience: Great little gym which doesn't get crowded. All ages represented. Selection of equipment is not as extensive as a larger gym but quite sufficient for a good workout.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been attending this gym for several months now, for a combination of personal training sessions and ad hoc gym membership use. I have to say that overall this is easily the best gym I have ever used on a regular basis (and I’ve been to a few over the years!). Matt runs a clean and friendly gym and is always happy to help members with use of the equipment and training methods, as are Zane and Owen. Having a helpful and knowledgable trainer available at all times is just one of the benefits that this gym offers its members when compared to some of the larger and often impersonal gyms. I would recommend this friendly gym to individuals of all ages.

Fantastic experience: This gym comes thoroughly recommended. Both the owner Matt and employee Zane are very attentive and tailor sessions to your own personal needs. Also a very safe environment with regular cleaning carried out. As mentioned in other reviews this is very much a non-intimidating gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of equipment to use with a wide variety of machines! Atmosphere is very friendly and non intimidating. The staff are great and always on hand to show you equipment! Classes are also good but would be nice to have a few more ie kettlebells and boxing back again! Really enjoying being a member here, would thoroughky recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've joined in my lifetime, staff are super friendly it's not overcrowded and can get my work out done without feeling embarrassed/uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with friendly, helpful staff and very reasonable prices. Unfortunately I tend to go to the gym ~20:00 where the temperatures are unbearable. Aircon is unavailable after 8pm it seems. Considering looking for alternatives for this reason alone. Fantastic experience: As someone who didn't particularly like exercise and preferred eating cake, joining a gym was a daunting prospect, However Matt and everyone at Clarence Park Health Suite made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The gym has all the equipment that anyone could need and the staff are always on hand to suggest new exercises. The exercise classes are fun and energetic and virtual spin is available to do anytime of the day. Overall this gym has helped me gain confidence and I would highly recommend it. I absolutely love it....nearly as much as cake.

Fantastic experience: Love coming here, a clean gym where people come to maintain/improve their fitness and not pose in front of a mirror. Members are of all ages, shapes and sizes. Everyone is made to feel welcome by the staff who are always happy to assist and offer advice. On top of all this the shower cubicles are a great size and kept clean.

Fantastic experience: I helped Matt out when the gym first opened, the gym is lovely and clean, the equipment is very good, even though the gym is small, it's still an amazing gym, as the gym is small at quiet times you can have a lot of one to one with the member of staff who is on duty. All the staff at the gym are lovely and respect all of the members of the gym. I would recommend this gym to all my friends.
