The team at Kinetic includes some of the most experienced, approachable, and knowledgeable trainers in Nottingham. We offer personal training that is customized just for you, including strength training and cardio training. From booty sculpting to kickboxing. Welcome to our gym! We create a warm, friendly atmosphere for people of all fitness levels to come and make the most of their workout. It’s not just about the space though, we also have an amazing team of trainers who will work with you one-on-one to help make sure you’re getting the most out of your exercise. We’ve been part of the Sherwood community for over 6 years and are constantly working on new ways that we can give back so feel free to say hello if you see anyone from our team around! We hope to see you in the gym soon!
Kinetic is the perfect place to start getting fit. We’ve got everything you need to get in great shape, our homely atmosphere, and helpful staff will ensure that you find what you’re looking for, whether it be free weights, cardio machines, or cutting-edge training programs. We’ve got expert trainers on hand to motivate and guide you through your first workouts with professional equipment, and there are always light snacks and drinks available to keep you fuelled up. All the pieces are in place at Kinetic – the only thing we don’t have are some killer step aerobics moves!

Fantastic experience: Started attending this gym with a personal trainer early January in an attempt to get into shape. I was super anxious to start with but everyone is super friendly, welcoming and there's no atmosphere at all.
Fantastic experience: This gym is perfect for anybody who wants to crack on, the selection of weights has increased over the last 6-8 months I’ve been there, with investment continually being put into good equipment. Never too busy, and the Staff there are Friendly and Great people!
