Negative experience: Decent enough gym with really only one issue.. MUSIC IS WAY TOO LOUD!! Not too bad of a tune selection but it’s cranked stupidly high.

Fantastic experience: The facilities provided are clean, efficient and top tier. I have been going for 4 months and I would 100% recommend. All staff are friendly and are here for help when provided.

Fantastic experience: Fusion gym is not just a gym but a community, everyone is welcome regardless of their gym experience. The gym has brilliant equipment spread out in several rooms, there is always someone around to ask if you’re not sure how to use a machine and all staff are friendly and welcoming. The gym classes are a personal favourite, with the weekend morning classes being a highlight as this is often followed by a coffee with others who attend which is a nice way to get to know people. There is no pressure at all to keep up with others or look a certain way which is a refreshing change from other gyms. Cannot recommend this gym highly enough!

Top of the range gym equipment with a range of classes for all ability levels. No contracts and understanding staff who treat you as a person instead of a number is very refreshing. Fantastic experience: Been with fusion since the day it opened, tried a few other gyms in the meantime but nothing compares. The atmosphere, trainers , and the people are amazing. 6 classes a day so there is always one that fits into your day. It’s so clean (shout out to trace) and all the equipment you need for a good session. Dan and the team are always looking for ways to improve the gym/ classes and make things fun! Also the socials are great too ;)

Positive experience: Friendly, busy place with good energy. A little on the dark vibe with everything painted black, which can seem intimidating, but don't let that put you off. The PTs really know their stuff, are very helpful, and instruction is good. The classes are a blast, they can be a little crowded. "It ain't David Lloyd" but it's got its own "gym"onality. Worth a try if you're interested in getting fitter. All levels catered for well. If some of the overbuilt males could keep their teeshirts on it would be more pleasant for everyone else but possibly less amusing. Male egos and overbuilt shoulders..... but they are not the majority. !!

Fantastic experience: For a person that struggles to keep motivation in going to the gym, lacks confidence, suffers with anxiety and basically hates her own reflection. I feel pretty damn amazing here. Dan and his team have built an amazing place to train with fun, friendly and entertaining classes. I would NEVER go anywhere else now. This is my place, and a regular kick in the side is what we all need to tell us so. You won’t find a happier, cooler, more ambient environment in Gosport. It truly is the No1 gym.. plus Fusion Fareham of course.

Fantastic experience: I never had confidence at the gym and I felt very self conscious of how I look doing the workout, but this place! Unreal! Every session feels like a PT. You cant get away with going lighter or fade into the background, theirs eyes are always on you to help you push yourself. Every session I feel like I’m improving. This place isn’t just a gym, it’s a community.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Classes are fabulous with fantastic instructors - all enthusiastic and encourage you to push yourself. There is such a variety of classes to choose at different times throughout the day, there is always something to do and fit around life, classes change each month so you never get bored - it really is addictive!

Fantastic experience: I go to the gym to chat, take selfies and pose in front of the mirror but the enthusiastic manager and staff make me do stuff that makes salty water come out of my face and makes me lose the ability to safely navigate a set of stairs. I have given 5 stars for the nice toilets which is where I like to hide.

Fantastic experience: Fusion is a fantastic gym, all the staff are very welcoming and supportive. They push you in the classes and I have enjoyed the extra challenges they do in the gym! As someone who struggles to feel confident in a gym environment I always feel part of the fusion gang and confident to push myself out of my comfort zone. I have also had PT sessions with John who has reminded me once again why fitness is so great would recommend him as pt if you need someone to just bring the best of you out ❤️

Fantastic experience: Fusion Fitness is a great unique, modern fitness gym with a plethora of machines, array of classes and exceptional management. If you want to feel at ease but motivated then I would highly recommend at the least a visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing classes with motivational, enthusiastic PT’s running them. You will only ever leave Fusion Gym in a good mood. Classes available from 0615 through to 1915 so a time that suits everyone. Give it a try you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: First of all congratulations on opening! About me -I’m not a gym lover in fact I would go to the local leisure centre and go on whenever is available then go after 30 minutes feeling a little disappointed that I didn’t push myself harder ! Truth is it was boring with uninterested staff and and with prices creeping up it just became easy not to go and would find any excuse not too. Along came Fusion ,yes hooked in by the introductory price I thought I don’t really have anything to lose and with a few classes included I was intrigued and in I went! And I’m so happy I did ,never in a million years I said to a friend that I would do a class …. That’s when we was invited in and we’ve not looked back even booking Sunday morning for a class (un heard of) for me to be excited to gym it . So I would say Fusion has struck a chord with me and I’m looking forward to getting stronger and fitter going forward and with the friendly staff who engage and assist you you will also enjoy it ! So do it !
