Fantastic experience: If carlsberg made gyms, this is the one to beat!! Amazing facility, great environment and some serious graft on the go! If you want a proper workout, PT, boxing, friendly members and great professional advice, this is literally the place to be. Friendly Fred always greets you with a smile as you arrive too! I’ve seriously upped my fitness since joining here …. Don’t waste your money going anywhere else!

Whether it be friendly face Fred on the counter for advice or diet tip s or the host of members inside. The facilities have a great balance of utility and ratio of members. Overall can't recommend it enough and totally a top gym for a broad range of goals.

Fantastic experience: Started off at 15st Now down to 81kgs all in 3 months. The fitness club is managed to up most professionaly. Staff are welcoming and treat you as part of the family. Sessions are very enjoyable and push you the limits with very high outcomes.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, great members and even better staff. I was helped out no end, non more so than Fred, amazing bloke, and made me feel at home within 5 minutes.

Negative experience: Gym and it's patrons have no respect for anyone. Small gym which seems to not have enough space for personal training and uses the carpark as an extention of the gym. Good gym to join if you enjoy training in the carpark and using a ramp for cars as a peice of equipment.
