Fantastic experience: I've been going to Santo's since it opened and have seen it go from strength to strength. He is constantly changing and adding new areas and machines to the gym so it has something for everyone..no excuses

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms but never felt as comfortable in any other gym as I do here, such a great vibe, all the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and since joining my fitness level has gone through the roof. I have been given amazing advice on how to correctly use the weights and equipment which has contributed to reaching my goals too. There is free parking which is also a bonus. Great gym can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Made to feel really comfortable and welcome from day one when I enquired. Signed up that day and have enjoyed it since. Been coming since June and it’s a great gym. Always having new equipment put in and is accessible for everyone. The staff are so friendly and put me at ease. Amazing gym!

Negative experience: I signed up to a monthly membership on the 9th May which cost £40, but after an hour in the gym decided it wasn’t for me (full of groups of 3-4 lads on the same piece of equipment). In hindsight I should’ve purchased a day pass, just to see if this was right for me, I get that. I proceeded to try and contact the gym on 10th May via phone but got no answer, so contacted Ashbourne management who look after the payments. There is a 14 day cooling off period when you sign up to a direct debit, as it’s part of the direct debit guarantee as standard. I explained to Ashbourne that I would like a refund, or part refund (at the cost of a day pass, only fair as I used the gym for an hour) they flat out refused. I tried again on live chat to no avail, Ashbourne stating as I’d used the gym once they wouldn’t refund the payment. So I’ve paid £40 to use a gym that wasn’t right for me for an hour once, the management company Ashbourne flat out denying me any form of part refund despite the direct debit guarantee. Nice one guys
