Fantastic experience: Plenty of top equipment and never have to stand about waiting. The clientele is different to other gyms I've been to. People of all shapes, age and sizes and yet no judgement from any sides which made me feel comfortable and welcome.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym. Lots of equipment to use and love how the areas are split, such as lift, cardio as such. Very clean, cleaning station always restocked and toilets are kept clean. Plenty of lockers. Staff there are very pleasant and approachable. Jerry, one of the personal trainers, I've worked with for the past 12 weeks. Great sessions and with great motivation and support. One recommendation would be the music, tad out dated and definitely not everyone's cup of tea for the people that attend. But still a great gym with great staff.

Fantastic experience: The gym group is the first gym I have ever had a memebrship with. Equipment is well spread out, its clean and tidy. Neve had any issues. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, always happy to help. Currently signed up with Jed for PT sessions. Couldn't have asked for a better PT. Really easy to get along with, very understanding and can improvise exercises quickly if I am struggling. Jed has really helped boost my confidence in the gym especially in the free weights section. It can be quite daunting as a women but Jed has helped me gain my confidence and I feel comfortable using the equipment.

Fantastic experience: I wanted recommend trainer Jed at the gym. I've had a few training sessions with him. He is very committed and professional and I can tell he enjoys his job. I like the gym at all, the whole service is very helpful. The gym is well equipped. I recommend !

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous, when I decided to embark on my fitness journey . When I first entered the gym, I was approached by a lovey, helpful young man called Jed. When I spoke to Jed, and explained my goals, he very quickly reassured me that it was possible, no matter what my age (55)!! I signed up with Jed to be my personal trainer and have achieved so much more than I’d hoped. They gym has a great atmosphere and always clean and safe.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to the gym. I like that it has a friendly atmosphere. The classes are good and I really enjoy PT with Craig. All staff members are fab.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and always love a 24hr gym. The pin code for access is really good and easy to use. I only paid for a day pass but the value you get for paying for a month is fantastic-when there are many places charging 4-5 times this for less/worse equipment. One thing that might be a problem is how busy it is. I went at 5am and there were probably 20+ people already there so don't know what it would be like at peak times. It does however let you know average capacities at different times on their app so you could work around this if needed.

Negative experience: Dont expect much. Its comparable to a basic leisure centre. There are only three showers for all users, meaning they're either always in use or filthy (especially the toilets). The quality of the equipment is good (as it should be), though the variety is severely lacking with limited benches and dumbells and alot of wasted space. Its the same with the Cardio machines too, very limited. I would recommend trying other Gyms before using this one. First time using Gym Group and I wouldn't recommend

Fantastic experience: A nice clean and quiet gym with plenty machines! All staff are super friendly and very helpful. I had a few sessions with Robbie along with some of his classes. Can tell he enjoys what he does and thrives on helping people be the best version of themselves! Every time I see Craig in the gym he always has a smile on his face and is so welcoming, he's a great addition to the team!

Positive experience: Open 24 hours which is great, always looks clean, nice toilets/ showers. Good quality equipment but needs a good calf machine as nothing specific for them. Never been too busy so your never waiting too long for benches/ machines . Cheapest gym about too.

Fantastic experience: I was passing the gym whilst I was travelling to a meeting. I have many friends and colleagues who use The Gym Group. I was at a bit of a loss so I thought I would pop in and see what it was all about. From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the very friendly, happy staff. The manager Daniel was very helpful and explained how the Gym Group worked and what would be in my best interest with regards to diet and fitness levels. I found it very interesting and gave me the incentive to actually sort my health and fitness out. I can’t thank Daniel and his staff for pointing me in the direction for a more healthy mind and body. Well done to the Gym Group for employing this great group of people.

Fantastic experience: The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit to the gym. The gym was very clean and nothing was of any trouble to any of the staff. The manager Daniel Moses explained how he could help with a programme that suited my dietary needs and helped me understand what would benefit my back issues. Would definitely recommend joining this clean, happy gym environment. Definitely 10/10

Fantastic experience: Such a positive atmosphere in this gym with friendly staff and I always see the owner helping out which Is good to see.Only changes I would like to see is a calf raise machine to save me carrying a step across the gym to the Smith machine and a seated hamstring machine as the lying one at the moment doesn't feel right ( both these machines I've seen at other gym group branches).

Positive experience: Join in about month ago, moved from smaller gym. Enjoying the space and getting familiar with new equipment. Staff have been very helpful and got a few very good tips since I do have adjust my exercise to what I could do at that moment. I was really happy with knowledge Craig (I hope I did not mixed up his name) shared and advice I got. Just ask and you will get your answers don’t be shy better ask and they know what they talking about. Very good space. Fantastic equipment. One thing I don’t like bikes are not comfortable so I ditched those. Still a new to the fact that sometimes gym does not have staff throughout opening (but this is not a branch thing but whole chain) and still not brave enough to get there very early morning or late evenings. Would be nice new starters would be shown all safety futures and assure woman security this way. This will bring more of us to the gym.
