Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Solent a few months ago and it’s been the best decision I could have made. I’ve been aware of CrossFit for years but never taken the leap. Then, after having a baby over a year ago, I decided the time was now (Got to get a few years of experience in before I book little one into CrossFit Kids!!) The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable and genuinely want to see you succeed. Your ability (or perceived lack of!) doesn’t matter…beginners are welcomed with open arms and it’s a judgement free space where everyone’s a cheerleader. You’re only competing with yourself Still on the fence? Book the taster session and let the experience speak for itself!

Fantastic experience: It has been a great experience since one month in Crossfit Solent. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional- and such a warm welcome on my first days, it feels like home:) I completed my first 12 classes and I'm enjoying it, I feel fitter and stronger. Fantastic experience: Great CrossFit to drop in! I was down for a couple of days with work and did 2 classes, the coaches were really welcoming & helpful, and everyone was friendly! The classes had good scaling options so even if you're relatively new to CrossFit it wouldn't be daunting! Really recommend if you're in the area

Fantastic experience: My second home and the best part of my day. I nervously joined CrossFit Solent 5 years ago when I moved back from London, as I wanted to find a new sport and community of likeminded people. That was best decision I ever made. I’ve grown so much both physically and mentally, found friends for life and discovered a lifelong passion in CrossFit. The coaches are super attentive and work hard to make every member feel valued and part of the community, in and out of the gym. Forever grateful for this place!

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Solent is so much more than just a place to workout! Since joining CrossFit Solent in December 2023, I have been welcomed into an amazing community of supportive, inspiring, and diverse individuals that are all striving to improve their health and fitness. The coaches are so knowledgeable and tailor each and every workout to your individual abilities. I've never left a class without a beaming smile on my face, without learning something, or without flexing my social muscles! I honestly couldn't recommend CrossFit Solent enough.

Fantastic experience: I started Crossfit about 4 months ago now. The coaching staff and the members have all been so welcoming and supportive. Absolutely a wonderful community to be part of. I was nervous joining thinking that so many of the members are going to be super fit and experienced Crossfitters and I would feel so out of place but I couldn't be more wrong. Yes, there are some very experienced members but they all make you feel part of the team and push you to reach the end goal. I would recommend Crossfit Solent to any one thinking if giving it go. Even if you just sign up for the taster session. You have nothing to lose but so much to gain.

Fantastic experience: Coming here is “The Best Time Of The Day”. Community, healthy attitude to a sport that is accessible to absolutely everyone. And Yes I mean everyone: one legged, short, tall, old, young, veteran athletes, even for people who like running even if I think people are weird who is running for pleasure… Pop in, have a look, talk to full time coaches fyi. they are a nice bunch. Pre warning: you might like it so much you will become addicted to this place.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Crossfit Solent. Lovely gym and staff. Bit expensive on the wallet but worth every penny as you have expert coaches who make sure that the workouts are fun and aggressive. In a nutshell, you wont have to plan your own workout like traditional gyms. You come for an hour and will be made sure you go home toasted

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great community, pre planned group workouts ideal for beginners with engaged coaches ready to support with clear and concise instruction. The facilities are in great condition, no broken equipment, multiples of the equipment so no need to wait for others.

Fantastic experience: I'm in the best shape of my life. I never played sport or went to the gym so I'm still not an impressive specimen, but there is no toxicity and all the impressive specimens I've met are really kind and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: THE best decision joining this box! Everyone's super friendly and welcoming, coachings great and i LOVE the variety of workouts. Ive learnt loads since joining and my skillset has improved massively, i went from 0 strict pull ups to 10 + and can now kip and thats just one example. Both coaches and members are always supportive with a strong community vibe. Definitely my happy place, even when 100 + wall balls may be involved xD

No pretentious, judgmental or offending characters, just supportive, motivational and helpful new friends. Sounds cliché but it's true. Why Crossfit Solent not Gym? Because you really compete with yourself each day and it's the most motivating thing you can do. Everyone is encouraging. Everyone has a different target. It is addictive. It's like a second family that you can drop into whenever you like, as much or as little. Always a welcome from everyone, not just the coaches. 10/10!

Challenging but fun workouts that keeps everyone coming back for more with a mix of weight lifting, gymnastics and 'metcon' / cardio. It's not just a gym but a community with great, supportive coaches and lots of friendly people.
