Fantastic experience: I started attending this gym when it opened in Farringdon. I take part in 4 classes per week ran by John. Everyone in the gym is so unbelievably friendly & supportive & John offers outstanding training to help you reach your own personal goals. 10/10 for the facilities *****

Negative experience: Unfortunately John decided I wasn't a good client just because I had a different opinion to him on my goals. Wouldn't waste my time as he blocks you if you don't agree with him.....update due to a reply. Unfortunately, John did have me as a customer. I found it very hard to work with him as he lacks the experience and I've also had many of my friends have the same issues. Their review will follow shortly.

Positive experience: Good for normal fitness or if you want to try something different caters for strongmen or women training staff are very friendly and Take there time to answer any questions

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have been to with the most genuine and kind owners. The amount of knowledge that the gym has between the owners and with regular athletes that come in is amazing. They have equipment for all types of training and also a great community. I had never tried strongman training before coming here and they are always on hand to help and offer advice. No 1 strongman gym in the North East!

Fantastic experience: The first day I went along to Power Bar I felt so welcomed and was encouraged to get involved and shown the ropes, that friendly environment helped me make the decision to become a full member. The owners and fellow members helped guide me in preparation for my first strongwoman competition event which was run by the Power Bar team. I would fully recommend this gym for the community alone!
