Fantastic experience: Been here for a while and it’s a really good gym. I’ve loved that theres plenty of stuff here to help me get stronger and build muscle, as well as kettlebells and weighted balls, etc, which has been useful for me to train for martial arts conditioning. Everything you need for whatever goal. Dave is also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for running such a great gym, its really boosted my motivation since I switched over. :)

Positive experience: Great gym, switched from PureGym and this one feels a lot better. Never many people and owner seems friendly. All the kit you need here to effectively train for whatever your goals. I am docking a mark for cleanliness though. Every workout I’m leaving with black/brown all over my hands. Barbells, plates, machines and every other surface here is in desperate need of a wipe down and proper clean. Other than that no complaints and I’m happy with my decision to switch over. EDIT: Since I originally posted this review, I’ve noticed an improvement in cleanliness. About as clean as you could ask of them. It’s been kept clean consistently too which is great.

Fantastic experience: The Pacific gym has been around for years and for me is the best gym in Lincoln, I have been coming here on and off since I was 16 years old, I love the equipment they have everything I need old and new which is a bonus. The staff are all very friendly and easy to get along with. At a great price you can train here, if you want a day session it’s £3.50 for men and £3.00 for women, for a month it’s £25 for me and £20 for women or you can do a joint membership for £35 which is really good. Be sure to come try this gym out.
