Fantastic experience: Had my first class at Frame with Maria. She’s a star instructor who knows how to push me to my fitness potential. She was clear and attentive and I felt taken care of during the class. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here each day! There is a wide range of classes to choose from each day. The trainers are great and full of energy, the studio is new and clean, and the staff are kind & welcoming :) my favourite classes are Rebounding, reformer Pilates, & Frame Strength! Yasmin is such an amazing Reformer Pilates teacher I highly recommend her classes!

Fantastic experience: The rebounding class itself was a perfect mix of challenging and fun. It consisted of various intervals which kept the workout dynamic and engaging! It was my first time at FRAME Angel and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their fitness journey I’m already looking forward to my next session!

Fantastic experience: I went to a beginner reformer class and it was great, the ladies on reception were really friendly and the instructor explained everything we had to do with the reformer really clearly.

Fantastic experience: Opened very recently (dec19) - the classes are signature frame, so always very fun. The reception/manager was above and beyond nice! Will be back often.
