Fantastic experience: Amazing gym , owner and staff are lovely , Music is great and top notch machines, so quiet when I training before noon. Great price too options for daily,weekly , monthly passes. Bonus for me is they stock great supplements if I ever wanted a drink.

Positive experience: I was working in the area and was looking for an old school gym, I came across this place and it’s the only old school gym I have found in the area! You can pay as you go which works well for me and they have a good range of drinks/supps that you can buy. It’s easy to find this place if you use street view before you go and there is plenty of on the street parking. My only downside would be that the gym is a bit small and they don’t have generous amounts of equipment and variety. That aside I would still go back there again.
