We were founded back in 2016 to be a place where anyone can come and join in on the fitness fun. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part. Let us take care of the rest.
It’s been a dream of ours to open a gym, a vision of an ‘old school’ gym, mixing the best of old school and modern equipment. We don't want just members but a family, we want to create a welcoming atmosphere and a judgement free environment.
Blood Sweat and Tears welcomes all our ladies to try out the Ladies Only Gym. The gym is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible as we know sometimes it can feel daunting.The ladies only area offers you a conscious free environment and is a great place to make friends and focus on achieving your health and fitness goals.
Wake up early for a session or come join us at night. Theres no limit to training with our 24 hour gym access. Our entire gym is designed for full 24 access, the only part closed is reception.This means the cardio room, main gym, women only gym, toning room and all the changing facilities are available.Sign up for 24 hour access today!

If your in trouble or struggling with someone there's always someone there to give you advise instead of looking at you and ripping you.... It's back to the old school here. your not looked down on your praised for being there in the 1st place
Positive experience: A real gym for working out without wee tadgers taking selfies all the time. The cardio room could be doing with a bike though

Fantastic experience: First workout at this gym today and it was so positive. After a period of ill health, I hadn't been in to a gym in 5 years. I felt so comfortable and safe and was able to work up a sweat without feeling judged. Can't wait for my next session.
