Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, Staff are always on hand and helpful and they have a great range of equipment. Definitely beats the last gym I was a member of.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal gym, nice clean and tidy. Amazing atmosphere and community. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, kit is top of the range, and they also sell a great range of supplements.

Positive experience: Proper dirty, needs a good clean, decent equipment but not worth £45!!!

Negative experience: Ambient music tooooo much loud without necessity because everyone is wearing headphones

Negative experience: Lack of a AC, impossible to go during hot days.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym. Friendly staff, good lighting, good free weight area, good cardio space, good layout with chest, back, shoulders, legs and arms sections, good range of equipment. Highly recommend training here.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment with plenty to choose from, never had to wait for any machines or weights. everyone was very friendly and easy to set up through app, people happy to spot exercises and a great atmosphere

A very clean and well organised gym with lots of space and a huge variety of equipment. Will not find any place better!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible gym. Gym floor is always spotless, as are the changing rooms and toilets… staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Plenty of equipment so you’re not waiting around for your workout station. Since being a member I have noticed the gym continually improving and updating even though it’s less than a year old too! BEST GYM IN THE NORTH WEST!!

Fantastic experience: I’m a very un confident person when it comes to going the gym, it took me a long time to build up the courage to enter a big gym like Bodytech but I made it. Unfortunately entering the gym the first thing I seen was a member of staff behind the desk with his hood up over his head, which was very intimidating, I was stood at the desk for a good few minutes until he actually acknowledged I was there to pay for my session. After that not so great start the gym was really nice, with a lot of equipment and all the members where really nice I tried the gym again Sunday just gone (28/07/24) I would like to retract my previous feedback, there was a nice guy at the reception desk not sure if he worked there as he was on the opposite side of the desk, he was a big muscular bald person, looked very scary and I thought oh here we go again a typical bodybuilding gym, but to my surprise he was the first person to turn to me greet me and ask how I was, very friendly, which put me and my partner at ease straight away. I explained to him how my other experience went and he promised me that would have just been early teething stages and would definitely not happen again. It was really refreshing to have a conversation with people who work at these gyms (hopefully he does work there haha) as usually your just a number and not a valid member The gym had a nice atmosphere, really good equipment and we will be back again. I will be happy to take my previous feedback down if needed

Fantastic experience: I can safely say this is the best gym I’ve been to on the Wirral and in fact Merseyside! The staff are lovely and the equipment is unmatched. If you want a friendly gym where you can have fun or simply get in, train, and get out then this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym I’ve been to in years, friendly staff who take care of the gym, so many options for equipment to use you’ll never get bored, its a hybrid gym both beginner friendly as their is signs to point you in the right direction to what muscle your training, but also advanced weightlifters friendly as there is so many machine and options to isolate each muscle also the fact there is so many machines options you’ll never be waiting around to jump on any of them, you also have 24/7 access so you can always hit a gym session no matter your schedule, couldn’t recommend this gym anymore as the atmosphere in the gym just motivates you to train harder and push your self but don’t take my word for it, try it out and you’ll see for yourself how good it is

Fantastic experience: Body Tech in Ellesmere Port has all the equipment Iv needed over the last 10 weeks to help complete my Hyrox training. Tom and the team are so friendly and helpful, it’s also great to train in the presence of the owner- you don’t get that in many gyms! Body tech is people’s gym, and it’s exactly that, it’s for everyone! The team have created a great community. Love training here!

All members are very friendly and it’s not like a commercial gym! Easy access to weights and there’s no waiting around! Clean and tidy and the easy access being 24/7. Very recommended!! Gives you the motivation when you don’t have any due to the staff and owner!
