Fantastic experience: 10 pounds in 6 weeks! I had the privilege of working with John who made my journey to my wedding day an unforgettable one. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I want to share my experience. From the very beginning, John was incredibly friendly and approachable. He had a welcoming attitude which put me at ease, making each session a pleasure. He also pushed me in each session but never to the point of exhaustion. John also helped me to understand nutrition better which allowed me to reach my goals within a squeezed timeframe. The training facilities were top-notch. Clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide range of equipment, I always felt comfortable and motivated during my workouts. It was a space where I could focus on my training without any distractions. And the results speak for themselves - I lost 10 pounds in just 6 weeks, which was my goal for my wedding day. I felt healthier, more confident, and ready to get married as my best self. Thanks to John’s dedication and expertise, I was in the best shape of my life on the most important day of my life. Positive experience: Use this space most weeks, it's great and got everything and is always quiet. Be aware on hot sunny ways there is no Aircon but a reasonable fan

Fantastic experience: Clean, quiet, well maintained gym space with all the equipment you really need for any training/fitness needs. John is extremely experienced, focused and dedicated and comes up with new and creative workouts to push your limits and meet your fitness goals. Every session is different and he can easily adapt the workouts as you go along if it's too testing, or to ensure you are pushing through boundaries. If you want to improve fitness, tone or build muscle, feel motivated and see results, then look no further.

The gym itself is perfect as well, nice and easy to get to, good atmosphere, music, privacy if you prefer people not watching in too.

Fantastic experience: Amazing space and gym it has everything you need and more, equipment, atmosphere and especially location. Straight out the station straight into gym no excuses!! John is one of the most knowledgable and motivating trainers I’ve trained with. He took me through the workouts and techniques taking the time to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable with the sessions.. a mix of quality workout sessions and facilities with a trainer pushing and motivating I’m looking forward to the long term results.
