Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Around 8 bar bell stations. Cardio and wide selection of weights. Easy parking, great advice and help in a friendly environment. Good mix of people and abilities. Great coffee as well !

Positive experience: Great gym everything you need whatever your fitness goals, relaxed and no egos. Decent cardio area, one of the best power rack areas going. Down sides are the equipment has been spruced up but looks dated, machines are of a brand I have not seen and are not very ergonomic. It's also expensive compared to it's existing and upcoming competitors but it's a local business with it's own character, when you walk in you're ready to train
