At CrossFit Wyre Forest we specialise in training beginners, after injury, post surgery, after childbirth. We work with Physio’s to help with your rehabilitation. If your 40+ and looking to get into the best shape you’ve been In for years? We can help! We are a Certified CrossFit Kids Affiliate and run classes for 5-11 year olds and 12-16 year olds. Get in touch for a free Kids or Adult taster session. Personal Training & Small Group Personal Training is how we work. Classes are run by well trained and experienced CrossFit Certified Coaches, with a passion for CrossFit and your success. CrossFit Affiliated since 2008, the First CrossFit Affiliated Gym to open in the Wyre Forest Area, 10 years on and we’re going from Strength to Strength.

Fantastic experience: I joined CFWF for four weeks while I was staying in the UK over from Australia and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the programming was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking to mix a social life with fitness

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy training at CrossFit Wyre Forest as the team and members are all welcoming. They regularly run a wide variety of classes, and the coaches are always on hand to provide plenty of support or alternative exercises to help you build your strength, flexibility or cardio. I was initially apprehensive about starting Crossfit, but I've not looked back since. It also works well as using the booking app I can easily choose sessions each week to work around any other commitments I may have.

Fantastic experience: I actually choose to get up at 5:30am to do Crossfit at Crossfit Wyre Forest and have been a member now for around 10 years. That's how good it is! Great coaching and a fab community always ready to celebrate your achievements with a chalky high five or sweaty bear hug. Wouldn't train anywhere else :)
