Fantastic experience: Started Jan 2024 and never looked back. All the couches are friendly and always happy to spend extra time with individuals to help get the techniques correct.

Fantastic experience: I joined in December 2023 and love the place. The coaches are always helpful and always willing to offer help and tips with your movements and skills. The training is varied and follows a clear plan to help you improve. I’m already seeing my own fitness improving really well. On top of that, the people are all great - we all push each other during sessions. If you are interested in getting fitter or want to try CrossFit… this is the place to come.
