Fantastic experience: Alliance training centre is the best you can get. The teachers care so much about what they do and encourage each and everyone to thrive to the best they can be. They are welcoming to everybody, we so thankful that Alliance exists. All the teachers are amazing, passionate, inspirational, motivating and friendly. The skills my little boy has learnt he is aged 8 are brillant and my 3 year old daughter has just started. Most importantly if you are looking for a training centre for yourself or your children you have to try Alliance!

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to this gym for a few years and to say it has brought out his confidence and discipline is a understatement, not only has he been winning medals and belts he has made some of the best friends, everyone supports everyone and every single one of the trainers are amazing ,it really is like a family, I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

Positive experience: Gym is.. Okay, Trainer was really good and made sure he came round to me every now and then however some lads in there have huge egos and will stare at you, not the most welcoming and you're not made to feel at home even if you try interact with the others you will feel a bit isolated. But as I said the Trainer (Thai Lad, I believe Kru from Wolverhampton?) was great can't fault him, not very beginner friendly over all though to be truthful

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym even starting at a later age as a total beginner. The coaches and the people in the gym generally are very welcoming, being happy to answer any questions you may have. Technique is well explained in sessions and the coaches will check on people regularly to help. When sparring (which is optional) the atmosphere remains good even when things get more competitive, over the month I've trained here I've encountered no toxic egos. I couldn't really hope for a better place for Muay thai. I'm glad I found it.

Fantastic experience: I've trained in a few different gyms in Liverpool and this has, by far, the best atmosphere. I felt comfortable straight away, it's family orientated and the teaching is top quality.

The knowledge from all the trainers in this gym is next level, it really is authentic Muay Thai. Regardless of if you wish to fight or just get fit and have some fun you will not regret joining the alliance family.

This is really friendly supportive club with experienced instructors who ensure everyone is valued and encouraged. Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best Muay Thai gym in Liverpool. Fantastic family atmosphere and completely unmatched levels of experience and training from the coaches. Trainers are either from Thailand or have fought and trained in Thailand. You won’t get this level of knowledge anywhere else in the north west, never mind just Liverpool. Highly highly recommend, Alliance has improved my life in so many areas for the 2 years I’ve been training here.

Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone if your looking to fight, get fit or somewhere for your child to let off that excess energy. Fantastic experience: My 2 sons and daughter have been going to alliance for a couple of years now and both thoroughly enjoy there training here. There’s a unique atmosphere very friendly and caring amongst both adults and children’s classes from complete novices to experienced professionals. The gym is going from strength to strength with kids as young as 4 attending regularly with a good mixture of both boys and girls in juniors and adult classes.

Fantastic experience: What can I say it's the best Muay thai training centre we have been . Children and Adults classes are brilliant everyone helps everyone . We take our son here and he loves it trains 3times a week made loads of new friends . You are made to feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the place Glyn and all the trainers are brilliant . Highly recommend Alliance Muay Thai would not go anywhere else.
