Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for a few months now, having not really found my gym home yet in Ipswich. I really love it, and it’s rekindled my motivation in exercise. The space is small but mapped out well. There are no spaces to hide if you want to shy away, but it’s well packed with equipment so I don’t feel exposed. The staff are good, and the other members are nice. It’s 24/7 so there is always time when it’s quieter. Very glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym - lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff are super friendly and are always willing to help when needed. Brilliant management.

Negative experience: Gym is good but very dirty. They have a cleaner but he doesn’t do a very good job. There’s snot on the wall in one of the toilets for weeks so they definitely don’t get cleaned to a very good standard. I have mentioned this to the stall but nothing has changed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, feels like a community, Luke and John are very professional and motivating trainers in the spin and hiit class and the whole environment is uplifting and positive. Updated equipment has enabled me to reach all of my fitness goals and has pushed me to do better, highly recommend it’s the best place to train, cannot fault.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for 4 months it's a great gym it's got really nice staff the changing rooms are amazing and I recommend to anyone one who's never been to a gym or who's quite advanced

Fantastic experience: John, the instructor of pump fit, was absolutely brilliant - he was friendly and encouraging, and was really approachable and reassuring to me, especially as someone who has not done a fitness class for over 10 years and was feeling rather nervous. 2 other people attending the session came over and spoke to me, which really helped to put me at ease. A great membership price offer and I really like that there isn't a fixed time commitment.

Fantastic experience: First gym I’ve used in a long time so I was a bit nervous but now I know I didn’t need to be. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming, I’m loving the classes with Luke and Asha! It’s always a bit daunting being new at a gym, especially when you’re just starting out again but I’m really enjoying it!

Fantastic experience: This is the friendliest gym I have ever used. The staff are fantastic and make time to help if needed. Positive experience: Very nice clean gym lots of really good equipment, just a minor point to address regarding the A/C in the studio I have been a member at many gyms in ipswich and the A/C doesn’t seem to work or kick in and it’s difficult to breath in this environment and it’s not even summer, if this is sorted then it would be an excellent all round gym

Special shout out to Simon and his express spin classes The establishment is clean and tidy, free parking and good security for entering the building. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Nice new equipment and friendly, helpful staff. Well equipped functional fitness area which keeps my workout varied and interesting. Changing rooms are clean and the studio for classes looks forgets and can be used solo when no classes on. Super glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: Started training there on the 1st January. The team is amazing, and always very helpful. The machines are top and the space is just gorgeous. I’m really happy and recommend it 100%!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly atmosphere in the gym! Classes are great! John is a fantastic instructor the energy he brings and the laughter he provides during his classes is fantastic! Asha, Nina and Luke are brilliant great support and encouragement during the classes and lovely people to talk to!! Highly recommend using this gym it has helped me loads mentally and physically!

Fantastic experience: It's the first gym that I have used for a long time . Staff are welcoming and very friendly. Also there to help. I use the gym three to four times a week . Variety of good equipment for everyone to use and they have classes upstairs. There is a personal trainer at the gym called Luke who is brilliant and pushes me every session. Amazing guy . Atmosphere when coming into gym is very relaxed and I would highly recommend coming along and joining .

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great classes, great environment. Love attending the classes. They really make you work hard. Everyone I've met so far has been super supportive. Attend around 2-3 classes a week run by Luke. Think the classes could do with being an hour instead of 45 mins just so it gives a good amount of time for a proper cool down. Would absolutely recommend

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym around, all of the instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I attend between 6-10 classes a week, from spin to yoga. Not only have I noticed benefits physically but with my mental health, all thanks to the #snapfitfam

Fantastic experience: Been a member since it opened. Fantastic gym, the equipment is 1st class. I have attended spin classes and again cant fault them. Friendly staff, even in busy periods there is always plenty to use.

Fantastic experience: Great well equipped gym with friendly staff. Classes included in the very reasonable monthly price. Boxfit especially is a great fitness workout and now in my regular routine with Luke, who is a very good trainer, leading it. Will be looking to try other classes as well, there is a really good variety. PS Have now tried Circuits class as well. Another great class led by Luke.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic to have a well equipped gym so close by. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. All classes are included in the monthly fee so be prepared to spend lots of time here.

Fantastic experience: This has got to be one of the friendliest gyms I’ve ever been to. All the staff and instructors are brilliant, really helpful and approachable. There is a varied programme of classes available and all levels of fitness and ability are catered for. Great range of equipment in the gym and Personal trainers available to build you a program or show you how to use equipment. Some teething problems with the booking system for classes and the air con in the studio upstairs but it’s early days and I’m sure it will get sorted very soon, overall a great place and a really positive atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I popped in for a free trial session...Equipment is superb, lots of space and the staff are very welcoming. I'll be getting my membership for sure P.S: UPDATE: 6 weeks in, can't fault the staff. Excellent gym, great equipment. Never really too busy.
