Fantastic experience: Having devoted much of my life to studying, culminating in a Master’s and MPhil, along with training in the UK, US, and Spain, I can confidently assert that A-Training (a-UK) is simply the best academy I’ve encountered. Their exceptional organisation, unwavering commitment to students, and meticulously crafted course materials truly set them apart. I am so proud to have studied and trained at A-Training, and I am immensely thankful to all the lecturers and instructors who have guided me. The practical knowledge I gained from their courses is invaluable, equipping me with the skills and confidence to excel at a high standard. A-Training’s instructors are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive, ensuring every student leaves feeling well-prepared and confident in their abilities. All the trainers I've worked with have been highly professional and conducted their classes with excellence. The one to one was personalised to fit my needs and level of comprehension. Fantastic experience: I recently attended a-training to update my Level 3 First Aid. This course was in-depth, informative and as always… delivered by a very knowledgeable, experienced tutor. I always leave a-training feeling confident and equipped to take my aesthetics business to the next level.

Fantastic experience: This really is an excellent gym. I occasionally visit for a workout when I go to see family in Grantham. Weight training equipment is extensive and in excellent condition. I wish I lived nearer to use more often!

She talked me through the whole process as she was going which really helped. She was genuinely excited for me to see the results. Fantastic experience: I have recently had a lower face lift done by Laura and I massively recommend AUK and their wonderful staff for any treatments. The site is so professional and Immaculate with easy parking and the beyond friendly , highly skilled and welcoming staff make you feel at ease the moment you enter the door. Fantastic experience: Took my wife here for a full makeover a few weeks ago while in the area, and I have to say how amazing my wife’s experience was and how happy she was with the whole Service. Negative experience: Rubbish service appointment booked for 10 weeks turn up no appointment as the stylist I was booked with no longer works there. No contact to try and move appointment. Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been to the AUK clinic a few times now and am delighted with how clean and well presented it is and how friendly all the staff are. I have been having laser hair removal with Debs and she is absolutely fantastic! Really friendly, professional and thorough in everything that she is doing, she makes you feel at ease and answers all your questions. Fantastic experience: I had the Chakra massage today and it was an amazing experience from which I benefitted enormously both physically and emotionally. You would need to be aware of what the Chakras are about for this massage but I was blown away and booked again for next week. Rob has an amazing knowledge of many techniques to improve body and mind with his massages. Thank Rob and also the wonderful reception team that never get a mention, always a warm and friendly welcome and good fun. I love this place

From being dark or red for years I wanted to try something different and go lighter for summer, from my very first phone call wanting to book a appointment the receptionist recommended popping down for a colour consultation.. I'm so glad I did after meeting Laura she put my mind at ease and adviced me on what colour I should go for. The day of my appointment came round and I didnt really know how it was going to turn out but I am so pleased with the colour and cut! Laura is good at what she does and is so friendly and instantly put me at ease. I love being lighter. I will definitely be going back.

Negative experience: Firstly can I say excellent 5 star service from Rebecca, polite, professional and friendly. Always lovely to see the team and have a chat, BUT! What are you doing? I walked and saw two nail stations set up in reception area, straight away I’m thinking cheap, Chinese , cables hanging from the wall, plugs swinging from a giant tv screen. I’ve seen many changes at Auk, it used to be a pleasant reception area, separated from the nail bar and salon. Now it’s just a mass area, with music, hairdryers, chatter it wasn’t what I am used too getting my nails done but yet we are expected to pay top salon prices. You have the glitz and glam upstairs, yet down stairs is first impressions and I think it’s going steps away from what it used to be. Maybe trying to do too much under one roof.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my hair cut by James. For years I have had problems with hairdressers not listening and not knowing how to cut professionally. James knows how to cut your hair, layer style everything. I haven't felt confident in my hair for a year until today. Love it, amazing, going back to get my hair coloured next week. Also very knowledgeable on the products that are used which are gorgeous.

I have been coming to AUK for a while now and always find all of the staff to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I usually get my eyebrows waxed whilst my colour is setting and all of the beauty staff also seem very good. Tamas the hairdresser has cut and coloured my hair a few times too and I can’t recommend him enough either. As long as the salon continues as it is, I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionists on arrival and the change to the layout of the salon definately has a much more personal feel then during my last visit. James, my stylist, turned out to be the Manager, and again, he made me feel very welcome and really listened to what I wanted. My cut and finish was truly lovely and at a good price too! I would recommend this salon and please try it again if you havent been in a while. I am sure you wont be disappointed!
