Fantastic experience: Great gym, excellent equipment

Fantastic experience: For a small town the gym is excellent. Everything you really need . Plenty of dumbbells, plates, cables and a range of cardio machine. A good environment for all levels of gym goers .

Fantastic experience: Fantastic set up, great workout space. All equipment in mint condition and Charlotte was really knowledgeable, approachable and very happy to help.

Positive experience: It's overall okay and good for a quick visit. Daypass is 5, week pass 15 Pound. They also have memberships. The price is very reasonable if you consider that there are not many alternatives. The equipment is not the best and both squat racks are a little wobbly. Some things, like an ez-bar, are missing. Good range of dumbbells and enough weights for the bars. Didn't check the cardio area but it wasn't huge. It's a small gym, nothing fancy but you'll get yourself worked out.

Fantastic experience: I was a gym rebuffer but an illness made me join and now I'm a convert ... Conlan and Charlotte are fantastic PT instructor's and the classes and facilities are 2nd to none ... Stair machine is awesome ...

Fantastic experience: Very good local gym , plenty of variety of machines and well maintained equipment - changing rooms and toilet facilities on site very modern would highly recommend if your looking to start a membership or for a great workout !
