Fantastic experience: It's my boyfriend's gym for a long time. I used to go to a gym near my house but it closed, I started going with my boyfriend and I like it. It's not a modern gym with classes and that, but it has a variety of weight training machines and the space is large and spacious. I like it! This gym has many bodybuilding athletes, including women. They take off their clothes to take photos, and I confess that I think it's a lack of respect for the people who are here, including me who comes with my boyfriend. The gym could solve this by putting a curtain in the mirror area for them to close when they do this (here’s suggestion)

Positive experience: Great muscle gym with. A great selection of machines. Great personal trainers that operate here. @gmpt Only thing that's missing is a chiller water machine. But when that's the biggest issue. You know a gym is great. Staff are friendly and supportive. And there are plenty of things on sale you might need to aid your workout Highly recommended gym

Positive experience: Pretty awesome gym! The only criticism I have is that it's an extra £15 compared to other gyms in the area, and the opening times aren't as flexible. But for a local gym, it's amazing! Apart from that, it's a lovely place to go!

Fantastic experience: Decided to try out this gym after driving past for ages, Best decision could of made! Way better atmosphere than usual independent gyms. Anyone who is serious with training will tell that the equipment is individually hand picked because they work well some really nice unique pieces. Top gym , owner really nice bloke too , really close by and loving it so found my new home gym!!

Fantastic experience: Was training at foundary and saw a ad on insta for this gym didn’t it was even there, first month was like £15 a month then it goes up decided to train there for a month through the winter as it has indoor heating and not a commercial unit. Best decision I ever made Im still the gym is one of the best I’ve ever stepped in equipment wise and the atmosphere does it for me the people are like family, the staff are really friendly, the gym makes big movements and the insta page is top quality entertainment makes my day everyday

Fantastic experience: 1st visit to the gym and the owner Faisal was a friendly guy who greeted me came for a day pass to see the gym as its 1 near work. Faisal gave me a free session at the gym. Great gym unique pieces including nautilus, strive which is old school prime fitness and hammer strength machines. Really as advertised friendly family feel gym. Good on the owner support local gyms like this who take time to think about people who come through its doors. Will attend again soon flex to be my work place gym based in the dudley area. Recommended to all to visit no egos or unwelcome feeling.. I'm sure staff will help and guide you on your own fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: What can i say about this gym best in the dudley area by far. Loads of weight loaded machines for back,shoulders,chest,arms and the leg machines are out of this world. Great atmosphere and feels like a gym not an industrial unit. The staff are friendly you can ask them anything if your not sure about any exercise and they always put you in the right direction. Theres protein shakes and supplements galore available you name it they got it. All i can say is get yourself down there and let the gains commence

Positive experience: This gym is good in terms of variety of equipment, staff and cleanliness, however the 1 thing that let's it down majorly which has stopped me from going again is the gym members. Not all but some are so egotistical thinking they're above others, kills the energy and vibe during your workout.
