Fantastic experience: Its always a pleasure to come to the gym now and the classes are fabulous! I love the outdoor classes and the instructors are brilliant. So glad i switched to Badgemore!

Fantastic experience: This place has definitely resurrected my love of keeping fit. I became a member only this May/June but have fallen in love! Initially I joined because I was missing working out in a gym but honestly, with all the classes that this place has on offer, I have only been to the gym twice! All the instructors/trainers are welcoming and fun. The classes are full of variety and offer so much at different times. If you are looking for some inspiration to become and fitter and healthier then I cant recommend FOCUS and their team enough. Not only that but being a member gives you so many benefits too. come and check them out!

Fantastic experience: If Carslberg did gyms ! Literally the best gym ever! This place is outstanding, the PTs are superb and the range of classes is vast! I never struggle to fit in classes around work, everything from spin to trx to yoga, the list is endless! I joined Focus at Badgemore completely ‘gymshy’, ridiculously unfit and not a clue what half of the classes were.. the PTs and members are so friendly and encouraging that any self consciousness soon left. The gym and facilities are always spotlessly clean and the surroundings are stunning! Fab for a coffee and a gossip after too. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, you won’t regret joining, I certainly haven’t!

Fantastic experience: Gym staff have worked very hard to keep the gym accessible during covid restrictions. Health and Safety of gym users has always been paramount. Equipment is modern and well maintained, advice is professionally sound.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! I have been a member for 2 years and have never been bored. The classes have something for everyone from cardio, strength, core, flexibly and more and also a choice of working indoors or out. A bit spoilt for choice really. The gym is always spotlessly clean. The staff are great and always happy to help, motivate and inspire. Thank you for being there!

Fantastic experience: The trainers at FOCUS are great and very friendly, Lots of classes at decent times as well so you can get in before or after work. I have also found it to be a lot cleaner than other gyms I have been to in the past

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new boutique gym in Henley - top of the range equipment, massive range of classes and really easy to park. And you can have a coffee or lunch in the Coach House afterwards. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: BARRE class with Flick is my absolute favourite! It's a toughie of a class, but after three months I feel stronger and more confident - it is totally worth the effort! I'm booked in for a Personal Training session at Focus with Callum tomorrow, so I'll let you know how I get on! Summer here I come! Focus really is the best boutique gym and fitness hub in Henley on Thames!
