The Academy is situated on two floors with two studios, a boxing ring on one floor and a B.J.J. area on the top floor, Training gear is also for sale onsite.

We are a fight club and our teaching of the disciplines are real and pride ourselves on our good name to also look after you but at the same time teach you to defend yourself and if you want to progress you are then able to take part in competition and fight in the ring or cage.

Fantastic experience: I was taught by Gary many years ago at Kesgrave youth club back in about 1982 The quality of training and deciplin then was second to none, I'm not one bit surprised to see Gary with a big training facility in Ipswich now.
