Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym! Lucy and Hazel are so lovely, kind and supportive. They really listen to your requests and cater to your individual needs. Safe during Covid and cannot fault them for anything they do. I love the options; circuit, mats, equipment and weights, you can chose your own workout or Hazel and Lucy will cater one for it! Amazing! They are both willing to go beyond to please all their customers. There is such a buzzing sense of community. Feeing much more positive since joining you FFZ. Can’t fault it! xx

Positive experience: Good fun as well as professional guidance

Fantastic experience: Hazel and Lucy are the most welcoming people and are always encouraging me to keep to it, it's a great place to socialise too! The gym itself has everything you need to keep fit, weights, resistance machines and a separate area for stretching and weighing yourself. They have done really well to accommodate safety measures due to Covid. Would definitely recommend this place for women that are looking for a quieter alternative to a mainstream gym.
