Fantastic experience: Colette successfully treated a knee injury over several months, combining exercises with deep tissue massage. She was supportive, constructive, and very personable. She also helped my teenage son to heal a shoulder injury, returning him to the bowling attack at his cricket club before the end of the season!

Fantastic experience: Found them when a hamstring problem just wouldn't go away - Kay identified what was really happening (not what I thought at all!) and put things right and gave me lots of very good advice. Now a long way down the road to full recovery. Their booking system is also very good and everything ran like clockwork. Highly Recommended

Negative experience: I’ve come here for 2 sessions. On the second session they’ve booked me in for a third one. After that, I wasn’t able to attend the third session due to personal reasons. I’ve received a call from them and during the call they said I could reschedule it, and I said I was going to call them back after check my availability. But soon after I’ve checked my bank account and they charged me for the session I couldn’t make. Then I called them back and asked why they charged me and they said that I’ve missed my appointment so they have to take the payment. I am disappointed about how they handled the situation and charged me, when they asked me to rebook it and never mentioned this on the first call. Waste of money for something that could be handled differently. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dulwich Physiotherapy because of a long standing wrist injury. It was causing me severe pain for many weeks. I saw Mario for three sessions and was amazed that in that short time he managed to completely fix the problem. Mario was incredible; very knowledgeable about what the issue was and made me feel very comfortable despite the pain I endured when he was manipulating the wrist. I am now completely pain free and could not recommend him highly enough. A very professional outfit.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dulwich Physio when I began experiencing some sever lower back pain a few weeks ago. From the very first session there was distinct improvement, and by performing a few simple exercises I was set, the issue completely resolved itself in a remarkably quick time. Further exercises were added after each session which allowed me to improve my flexibility and strength, and I have resolved to look after my lumbar health properly in future! Colette was very helpful, friendly and supportive, and the whole experience was positive in every way. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been a frequent visitor to Dulwich physio for a number of years, both for specific problems from sporting injuries and simple regular maintenance. The quality of the treatment is always excellent and the staff are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I came with a severe case of plantar fasciitis. Mario worked with me methodically over several months and now I'm back running again. He and Dom are professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend - Mario has done a fantastic job of getting my arm and shoulder working again after a bike accident that left me with a triple fracture. It's been a painful journey of several months but Mario has been expert, professional and encouraging throughout, and I have arrived at a level of recovery I wouldn't have thought possible. Dominic has also been great on the admin and insurance end of things.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! I thought something very bad was happening to me because I couldn’t stand up straight. Turned out to be a quite bad quadricep muscle spasm which Colette diagnosed and worked on. It was painful but worth every single penny! She was friendly and excellent at her craft. Thank goodness I had the sense not to go to the doctor (probably a prescription for ridiculously strong pain killers) and instead put myself in the hands of experts. As it is I was able to recover with the aid of some over-the-counter anti- inflammatories and use of a TENS machine.

Fantastic experience: Getting Physiotherapy for a sports related injury was a foreign experience for me, but it enabled me to come across Mario who is a consummate professional. Mario is someone who takes great pride and joy in his work and is meticulous with his approach to helping you overcome the problem/s you are experiencing. In addition to providing physio treatment, Mario educates you throughout the process including the rehabilitation stages. Moreover, he has helped me through calf tears, an ankle sprain and most recently tendonitis with my rotator cuff. I would highly recommend Mario to anyone experiencing injury and discomfort! Through the work he has done my body has gotten vastly stronger and has allowed me to take better care of myself moving forward. He is a delight to work with and a top professional. He has played a massive part in me being able to progress through my boxing journey.

The treatment evolved as my muscles responded and the advice given gives me the knowledge and confidence that I need to keep working myself to prevent further injury. Fantastic experience: Just finished physio with Mario after a climbing injury. Came in on crutches and was walking normally after just one session. Following his advice and coming to appointments for the last two months has resolved an issue doctors initially said could take a year to resolve. The whole team are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. I hope I won't have to go back, but if I injure myself again I definitely will!

Fantastic experience: I saw Mario for a course of about 15 weeks for shoulder pain. As well as delivering really effective physio, he gave me excellent tips for how to manage at home, too. My husband also had a similarly positive experience. The receptionist is such a lovely person, too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Colette and Dulwich Physio! I went for treatment of TMJ and jaw pain as a result of tooth grinding. Not only did Colette teach me techniques to practice at home to manage the pain and improve the joint function, she also took a very holistic approach, helping me to manage the stress that was the root cause of the issue. Over a course of 5 sessions my jaw issue has resolved and I will be able to manage it should it reoccur, and we have had time to work on some other postural problems too!

Fantastic experience: After spraining my ankle my recovery was very slow through the NHS. I was referred to Dulwich Physio through private healthcare. I had Mario who I found absolutely amazing! Mario, who is an expert at his craft, focused on making my ankle stronger and more agile. The pace of recovery increased and I'm now back to enjoying my sporting hobbies as before. Mario also worked on my knee which I have had problems with for a while and provided excellent physio and strengthening exercise to do at home. He is also very pleasant, easy going and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dulwich Physio and Mario in particular (only physiotherapist I've used, but i'm sure they are all great). And thank you Dom for always being helpful and friendly.
