I have trained here for over 20 years with many old faces still walking on the mats as well as the new generation getting more confident , quicker and stronger. If you want to get that heart rate up , fitness levels in check and that all around awareness of being able to use the tools you were born with , then give us a try . All ages and ability’s should feel comfortable walking on our mats
