Fantastic experience: I love Kats classes! I used to hate gyms and exercise classes but after forcing myself to go initially in a bid to conquer the perimenopause and all it brings, I actually found that Kat runs such a friendly welcoming set up that is full of women who are just lovely and all support each other! Kat totally motivates me but I never feel absolutley beasted by her!! She works us super hard but has a fantastic ability to read the room and work to our abilities, modifying exercises as needed to meet everyone’s needs. She is inspiring and knowledgeable in all things fitness and health. I look forward to my classes at Zestfit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out with Kat at Zestfit for a number of years now, and I wouldn’t be without my sessions with her. Kat is so experienced and knowledgeable, particularly in working with women who want to stay strong and keep theirselves in their best shape as they start to mature, especially as they go into Peri-Menopause & Menopause. She understands exactly what women need to keep their bodies fit and strong, and how they can live a healthy lifestyle too. Don’t waste your time going to a one size fits all gym, let Kat work with you to build a bespoke training routine that will get you the results you want, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive feedback for Zestfit. Kat is an amazing fitness powerhouse, dedicated to the max, a coach (and much more) and a beautiful person inside and out. I could write a very long list on why I go to Zestfit but the key ones for me are…. Zestfit is an inviting relaxed community of woman with no judgment! You will feel included and involved wherever you are in your fitness journey, no matter what age! Like minded woman under one roof to get it done and feel the buzz when you come out! Kat makes everything fun, plays some banging tunes (you’ll see her strut her inner Tina Turner self and others ) Kat pushes you to achieve in such a great way and always mixes things up. Fantastic experience: Zestfit is amazing. After spending years trying gyms and classes, I finally found somewhere different. It has improved my physical and mental health to somewhere I didn’t think it would ever be. It a motivational place with a great mix of classes 7 days a week and and a range of times to find one that suits you. Very friendly, no judgment and always given options for any level or injury. Great group of trainers for both classes and personal training. You won’t find ANYWHERE like this.

Fantastic experience: Can't put into words how good this place is. Been coming here for 3 years now.World-Class training by Rock Star Trainers. You want to burn 600 to 900 calories!!!! Zestfit is your place. Zestfit is a place where you are not made to feel uncomfortable this place is for ALL levels of fitness. Kat and her team will make you feel so welcome, it's like my 2nd home. Fantastic experience: If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! Quite simply, the best fitness facility I have EVER been to. For years, finding somewhere that I felt comfortable exercising was simply not happening. I spent years hiding away in gyms trying to run my own workouts that quickly failed and I lost all motivation. AND THEN I FOUND ZESTFIT. The Zestfit team are like no other. Their passion and drive shine through in each of their classes and they truly have each persons best interests at heart. There’s a Zestfit community and a buzz surrounding the place that cannot be replicated (not matter how hard people try). I attend weekly PT sessions with Dannie and two classes a week which I look forward to so much after a stressful week. You are NEVER judged on a low option and everybody is so encouraging of you, no matter at what level you start at. The boutique is full of smiles and sweat and I wouldn’t change it for the world. Please give it a go- this place has improved my mental and physical health and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous place, very friendly. All the classes I’ve been to have been fun but challenging. Kat and the team look after everyone very well and I love their saying - ‘No-one is ever judged on a low option’ as I often take the low option! The darkness... the music...I’ve never been to a place like it - and have never been fitter. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Energising and addictive. All the trainers know how to make you work as hard as you can all whilst in a friendly and supportive environment. The atmosphere is electric. I love it!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Zestfit for a couple of years now and have experienced classes, PT sessions and the Boutique Bootcamps. I can not recommend the team enough. The trainers are motivating, welcoming and non judgemental. Love Total Tone, Strong by Zumba and Rep and Rip classes as personal favourites. If anyone wants to start their fitness journey, then this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Zestfit classes on and off since they were at Pure Fitness. You can expect a great atmosphere in their classes, wonderful trainers, awesome music, brilliant nightclub style lighting... and an encouraging environment where you're encouraged to do your best regardless of whether you are the fittest person in the world, or a couch potato trying to get in shape. Would recommend to anyone looking to keep fit in a fun and enjoyable environment.

Fantastic experience: I drive 30 mins to do the total class because there really is nothing else as good out there. Kat and Dannie are always full of great energy, different exercises every time, fab music and you see results!! Always a low option if you are feeling you need it. The boutique is not at all intimidating, everybody is made to feel very welcome and there is a trendous team spirit. PAYG too so easy to fit around life. Top place
