Fantastic experience: The staff are incredible a very very friendly gym, equipment is mint, the gym spotless, cant fault it, return frequently, the equipment is really well maintained some proper old skool pieces and they run like there a day old.

Everyone is so friendly and the staff go out of their way to help and answer any questions you may have. Definitely deserves the 5 stars I have given . And a new place to try if ur looking for a new start & want to give yourself that Extra push .

Fantastic experience: Ive trained here for a couple of years and by far this is the best fitness centre in sheffield /Rotherham. Everyone is very kind helpfull and very supportive the atmosphere is always buzzing and friendly. Carls provides the best amd most effective supplements and professional advice i would NOT recommend anywere else but ziggys workhouse

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym! I thought being female it mite be a bit intimidating but it's the complete opposite! Everyone, staff and members, are so friendly. Great atmosphere with great music to work out to. Most importantly-AMAZING equipment-training legs has never been so diverse and so much fun!! All my ladies who I've recommended ziggys to and have been down love the place just as much as me. Sorry guys the girls are now getting wise to where the best place to train is so ur gonna hav to wait for your hack squat back lol!
