Positive experience: Nipped in to check it out. First impression - small dark and dingy. No shop in reception. Seriously needs upgrading, white paint bright lights and a good scrub would go a long way.

Fantastic experience: I recently started my CrossFit journey and chose FFH as they had a timetable that would suit most peoples schedules. Coming from someone who had predominantly ran or cycled in the past I was a little apprehensive but decided to try one of their trial sessions and I am so glad I did! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and are able to scale any workout to any ability. I would highly recommend FFH to anyone looking for a supportive, challenging, and fun environment to get in shape. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or a complete beginner, the coaches and community at this box will make you feel right at home.

Fantastic experience: THE best place to train! If you want to be coached by first rate coaches, train with like-minded people, and enjoy fun and challenging workouts, then this is the place to go! FFH is a strong community all about celebrating each others hard work and success, while getting physically stronger and fitter and having a lot of fun in the process. I cannot recommend FFH enough!!

Fantastic experience: The coaches and the other members at CrossFit FFH are brilliant; you are made to feel welcome and supported from the beginning! I went to a taster session and then didn't look back. The coaches focus on form and offer modifications, so you can give everything a go, no matter your strength or fitness levels. If you're thinking about it, I'd definitely recommend getting in touch and going down for a taster session... you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend CrossFit FFH highly enough. My 14 year old started training here in recent months and FFH is the most welcoming, inclusive and supportive gym for all ages and abilities. It is so fantastic to have a CrossFit gym locally who champion and encourage youngsters. My daughters confidence has grown and she absolutely loves it. She is learning new skills, getting stronger and challenging herself all thanks to the excellent, knowledgeable coaching staff. Give them a try and you’ll be hooked!
