Fantastic experience: This gym is a local business and not ran by a corporation. The staff there are lovely and genuine, they make you feel very welcome. The atmosphere is great, music is bouncing and other gym users are really friendly. I have been going for over 2 years and I would not go anywhere else. Come along for a session and I can guarantee, you will be signing up.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Have been going from near enough it's inception in 2016. It has went from strength to strength and hasn't stagnated. The hygiene, Professionalism and equipment have been superbly maintained over the last 8 years. A welcoming gym for all ability types. I'm very much an average levelled gym goer but never once feel intimidated or feel under valued. Superb.

Fantastic experience: Our home away from home, me and my partner have trained here 5 times a week for almost 2 years now and could not recommend the place enough! The friendly welcome and atmosphere is the best we could have ever imagined! We look forward to coming each day now and seeing all of our Myo Family!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at Myomuscle for the best part of 8 years and it still looks as brand new as the first day it opened, it’ll also continue to look brand new as everything is cleaned thoroughly and daily. The equipment covers your every need whether that be, weight training, cardio or classes. There's no better independent gym in East Durham.

Leighann and her staff are the most friendliest people you will meet and will help you in any way they can on entering the gym. There is no egos in this gym everyone is welcome from all walks of life I suffer with mental health and a little thing like going to this gym is helping me every single day. Try it you won’t be disappointed

Since coming here it has built up my confidence and its given me the motivation knowing there always a helping hand.. they also offer different classes during the week which can be suitable around your work/ personal life ‍♀️

All the gym equipment is really good and everything there that you need to do a good workout. Classes included in your membership day and night. Fantastic experience: Went in for the first time this morning. It's got an amazing atmosphere and is full of friendly people. The owner is such an amazing person. Lots of machines and free weights. I've trained for over 35 years, and this is the best gym I've trained in. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Positive experience: Free weights, reasonable amount of machines in a large open plan space. Cardio vascular equipment plus a sunbed room.

Positive experience: For someone who hates the gym this is a good gym. Gets abit busy during peeks hours but everyone seems nice and understanding. Updated review because more equipment has been provided to help ease the busyness of the gym. Could do with a clock up so I don't have to walk around with my phone just for the time
