Fantastic experience: Great old school vibe gym. Great equipment and the members are really welcoming. John the owner has time to speak to you.the really good things about this gym is.no-one leaves the weight plates on the machines,always returned to their proper place. Also no-one sat using their phones on the equipment. Spot on

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities for weight lifting, cardio, body weight exercises and more, plenty of accessories to tailor your workout too. Monkey bars and Olympic rings. Enough free weights sink a ship. Every type of barbell you can think of. Outdoor area for strongman training including tyres and a weighted dead lift machine to name a few! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. High recommended.

Fantastic experience: Owned by world class natural bodybuilders, Jon and Rachael get people to their goals with incredible support and knowledge. This isn't a flashy, 'ooh, look at us' kind of place, this is a down to earth, friendly gym where everyone says hello to everyone else.

Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly atmosphere, with great frendly people, John the owner as loads of knowledge from fitness, strong man to bodybuilding, and being a pro himself also gives personal training. Has members from teens upwards and girl/ladies don't need to worry there plenty of females, as his wife is a professional bodybuilding champion as well.
